Mimicking the antivariolous protective effect of accidental infection of cowpox, the smallpox vac... more Mimicking the antivariolous protective effect of accidental infection of cowpox, the smallpox vaccine extinguished the pre-existent susceptibility to variolous contagion, when administered to unexposed hosts. The vaccine was systematized by Edward Jenner at the end of 18th century, and its protective effect is an example of the phenomenon of cross-immunity between microbial species mediating a quite similar semiology. Jennerian viral anaprophylaxis constituted a significant analogical progression from the previously practised variolization, and contributed-similia similibus-to the eradication of human smallpox. However, it is an exception of the normative microbial specificity of current "vaccinological" isopatic (aequalia aequalibus)-per idem-medical interventions, which neglect the original foundation of the vaccine, i.e. the inherent simplicity in the principle of similitude and its intrinsic law of healing by means of analogical semiology. Such an epistemological regression justifies introducing the neologism 'pseudovaccine' in the scientific language and medical communication, for the sake of clarity.

Those assertions are interpretations that cannot be supported scientifically, nor can they be clinically, epidemiologically, or immunologically substantiated. They are biased and misleading. They lead to erroneous public health policies and strategies, because positive PCR test results are false positives in the majority of asymptomatic individuals.

Fueling the flawed microbial monocausal model of infectious disease, it tries make us believe that evil is exogenous, and enemy is external. Therefore, waiting for a specific vaccine, protective home confinement of the entire population is necessary. Disregarding the internal chief point from which individual nosological causality stems, it conceals the black spot of health systems, namely, the hegemonically implemented (contraria contrariis) enantiopathic therapeutic dogma, the main epigenetic determinant of chronic morbidity and associated patent vulnerability of their users. Omitting the enantiopathic incapacity to restore the integrity and optimizie the efficiency of individual immune photodynamic homeorhesis, this pseudoscientific discourse fails to acknowledge the failure of health systems, and perpetuates the systematic violation of every person's right to health-restoring sanative efficiency.

The "Plan for the Protection of Health Against Pseudotherapies", with explicit reference to "homeopathy", developed and promoted by the Ministries of Science and Health of the Spanish State, presents a severe primary epistemic lack and departs, therefore, from a false premise that biases its discourse and scientifically invalidates its content. Their pretexts of "the protection of health against pseudotherapies" and of "available scientific evidence" conceal a whole strategy of social annihilation of hahnemannian, all simple, pure Homeopathy, the healing medicinal scientific method that stands on the inherent simplicity in the Principle of similitude and its Law of healing by the analogy of symptoms. Because it is contrary to the logic, the spirit and the progress of science, this "Plan" must be revoked.

Not only is inherent simplicity in the principle of similitude (ISPS) the primary source of the ubiquitous and universal phenomenon of analogy, but also of the scientific method, of nosological diagnosis, of prognosis, and of the Healing photodynamic Technique (applied Science), which enables curing every individual case of disease with prediction certainty and in the most efficient manner. ISPS is the epistemological foundations of scientific knowledge. Hence, ISPS teaching in medical education and training is not only warranted but also an epistemic duty. — RESUMEN. La simplicidad inherente al principio de la similitud (SIPS) no sólo es el fundamento fontanal del fenómeno ubicuo y universal de la analogía, sino también el del método científico, del diagnóstico, del pronóstico, y de la Técnica (Ciencia aplicada) fotodinámica de Curar de manera previsiblemente cierta y máximamente eficiente cada caso de enfermedad individual.
