The evidence was obtained by means of a survey, interviews, analysis of electronic mails, minutes of work, project documents and systemic observation. For this research the SPSS and the root cause analysis were required. Conflict derived from non-compatibility between Universalism and Particularism lead to a more accurate decision making process.

Innovation is a key factor to increase the competitive advantage for business. When the Innovation is
improved by the Knowledge Management, it does in the Firms based on the sense of information: for,
from and about the customers and is called: Customer Knowledge Management. So, the aim of this
study is to solve: which are the latent factors between Innovation and Customer Knowledge
Management relationship? To achieve it, a questionnaire was designed and applied to the 500
Chief Executive Officers from the Small & Media Enterprises Software Sector in Guadalajara,
Mexico, that are part of the value chain, involving: designers, manufacturers and suppliers. The study
applied the Structural Equations Model as a quantitative method to discover the underlying
relationships amongst the most relevant variables between Innovation on Customer Knowledge
Management, as: Driver of Innovation; Support; other Sources of
Knowledge, Satisfaction, Experience and Performance with a total of 15 indicators.
Keywords: Innovation Stages, Customer Knowledge Management, Business.

The research question we focused on is: Which is the empirical model and the factors for mobile learning at universities located within the Metropolitan Zone of Guadalajara, in Jalisco, México? Our research is grounded on a documentary study that chose variables used by specialists in m-learning using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The factors discovered were three: Technology (TECH); Contents Teaching-Learning Management and Styles (CTLMS); and Professor and Student Role (PSR). We used 13 dimensions and 60 variables. 20 professors and 800 students in social sciences courses participated in the study; they came from 7 universities located in the Urban City of Guadalajara, during 2013-2014 school cycles (24 months). We applied questionnaires and the data were analyzed by structural equations modeling (SEM), using EQS 6.1 software. The results suggest that there are 9/60 variables that have the most influence to improve the interaction with m-Learning model within the universities.

The information and communication technologies (ICT) are producing new and innovative forms of teaching-learning process, so our research question is: Which is the Empirical Model for Mobile Learning and their Factors, in Universities located at Metropolitan Zone of Guadalajara, México? This research is aimed to respond it, based on documentary study to select the variables with specialists in m-Learning using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The final Factors, discovered were 3: Technology (TECH); Contents, Teaching-Learning Management & Styles (CTLMS); Professor &Student Rol (PSR); with 13 Dimensions and 60 Variables. The study was applied on: 20 professors and 800 students both participating in social sciences courses, from 7 Universities located at Metropolitan Zone of Guadalajara, México (UMZG) during the period 2013-2014 (24 months). The data of the questionnaires, were analyzed by structural equations modeling (SEM), using EQS 6.1 software. The final results suggest that there are 9/60 variables showing most influence to improve the interaction with mL model at UZMG.
