The present study was carried out in a real and contemporary context of Education in the district... more The present study was carried out in a real and contemporary context of Education in the district of Quelimane, it aimed to study the mechanisms of reintegration of young people demobilized from the Mandatory Military Service for Educational Institutions. Motivated by the fact that the author has completed the Compulsory Military Service and reintegrated into an educational institution as a student, having gone through several difficulties and having appreciated the divergent purpose of some young people during his military season. The relevance of this research lies in the fact that the findings and results of this study may help the Ministry of National Defense to design an action plan and make decisions that lead to the achievement of the desired changes in relation to the incorporation dates and the phases of situation of transition to immediate availability to the Mandatory Military Service in coordination with the Ministry of Education and Human Development.

The lack of motivation on the part of students in Mathematics classes, of creativity and knowledg... more The lack of motivation on the part of students in Mathematics classes, of creativity and knowledge of the reality of teaching in which we operate is an issue that has prevented a progression in the teaching and learning process. In this sense, the present research is looking at the mathematical didactic games in the classroom. The problem is based on the potential that mathematical didactic games in the classroom bring to a motivating mediation and assimilation, taking into account the real conditions of teaching in the country. It was a mixed research using bibliographic research, with direct observation of the current situation of the implementation of mathematical didactic games in the classroom and its consequences. The descriptive method combined with the interview technique was applied, where the target audience were Mathematics teachers and 8th grade students from the same school. The objective was to improve the teaching and learning of Mathematics through mathematical didactic games in the classroom. Research has a high didactic, pedagogical and educational value. It was noted that 99% of teachers never implemented any type of game related to mathematical content in the classroom.

O presente artigo faz parte de uma pesquisa maior que objetiva relacionar os crimes domésticos a ... more O presente artigo faz parte de uma pesquisa maior que objetiva relacionar os crimes domésticos a penalidades criminais específicas. Neste estudo será abordada a violência baseada em gênero, a partir de uma análise subsidiada pelos dados estatísticos de domínio público divulgada pelo Instituto Nacional de Estatísticas de Moçambique em 2018, que trouxe números sobre violência doméstica nesse país, bem como um documento financiado pelo Ministério do Género, Criança e Acção Social, que veiculou um Perfil de Género em 2016. A Lei 29/2009, denominada Lei de Violência Doméstica (LVD), definiu que o crime de violência doméstica é público, portanto, o Estado tem responsabilidade em sua contenção e combate; e que consiste em violência praticada contra a mulher no âmbito das relações domésticas e familiares e da qual não resulte em morte. Com base no princípio da universalidade e da igualdade entre homens e mulheres perante a lei em todos os domínios da vida, questionamos: a Lei 29/2009 LVD em Moçambique, reconhece somente a mulher como sujeito passivo desse crime? Em que medida as discussões de gênero são capazes de contribuir para o entendimento do que poderíamos perceber como discriminação positiva em relação à referida lei?

This article brings a reflection on the materialization of classroom content, from a perspective ... more This article brings a reflection on the materialization of classroom content, from a perspective on Secondary Education in Mozambique. Given that we are in a technological contemporary of great advances, circumvented by globalization and modernism. With the aim of analyzing the content realization in the classroom from the planning to the practical implementation, focusing on its stakeholders, their motivation and possible impacts. The question is: how to materialize the contents in the classroom? It was found that teachers are the key to the teaching-learning process and the transmission of content to students. Therefore, the teacher is considered as the mirror of society, someone who must have a positive behavior in order to captivate the students in a good perspective. But, do not forget the quality of education in which the student should be the center of attention. The student should not be considered a passive element in the classroom, but a producer of knowledge capable of interacting with the teacher. However, the student is focused as the center of attention in the Teaching and Learning Process. However, teachers have a long list of rules that guide their educational practice and their own valuing dimensions. It has value bases with its students, co-workers and parents and guardians. However, the realization of the contents in the classroom depends on several actors and not only has its beginning in school, but from the family to the student himself in school.
