Sustainable packaging, characterized by eco-friendly materials, recyclability, and reduced environmental impact, has gained significant attention in recent years due to growing consumer concerns about environmental sustainability. Through an analysis of secondary data, this study examines how sustainable packaging practices influence consumer perceptions of products and brands, as well as their intentions to make purchase decisions. The findings from this research contribute to a deeper understanding of the relationship between sustainable packaging and consumer behavior, providing insights for businesses to develop effective packaging strategies aligned with environmental sustainability goals. IBM SPSS has emerged as a widely utilized tool for data analysis, offering extensive analytical capabilities and user-friendly features. Despite its empirical usage, there exists a gap in research systematically examining SPSS's impact and importance. This study aims to address this gap by investigating the significance of SPSS in research work through an examination of usage patterns and perceived limitations among researchers. Data was collected from 460 respondents through a questionnaire survey, revealing diverse familiarity levels with SPSS and a generally positive perception of its importance and effectiveness in research. The findings underscore SPSS's pivotal role in enhancing research outcomes, though challenges such as the need for expert guidance persist. Overall, this study contributes to a deeper understanding of SPSS's role in research practice and emphasizes the importance of leveraging its potential for robust data analysis.
This paper presents an advanced Average Current-Mode Control (ACMC) technique for single phase AC... more This paper presents an advanced Average Current-Mode Control (ACMC) technique for single phase AC-DC Boost Converter with Reactive Power Control. The leading phase admittance cancellation (LPAC) principle has been proposed to eliminate the current phase lead phenomenon. It results in reduction of the current control loop bandwidth requirement for a given line frequency. These features allow using relatively slow-switching power devices such as IGBT. Thus it can be used for higher ac line frequency such as in aircraft power system (360-800Hz). A theoretical principle & system modeling for bidirectional Boost converter are presented which can be used as shunt active filter for Harmonic Compensation, independently of the converter operation as an acdc converter.

In the finance sector, AI is used to analyse large volumes of data, identify patterns, and provide insights that could help financial institutions better understand their customers' behaviour. By extracting relevant information, AI can help finance professionals in making sound decisions regarding investments, lending, or risk management. AI-powered chatbots are also being used to improve customer service and provide support to customers around the clock. AI-enabled solutions are also revolutionizing risk management in finance. By leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning algorithms are trained on data from different sources, including financial statements, market trends, and news feeds. The output is a real-time risk assessment that allows financial institutions to identify vulnerabilities and take proactive measures to mitigate potential risks. While AI is transforming finance, it is also causing disruptions that could affect the employment landscape. AI-powered systems and automation technologies are taking over routine tasks that were once performed by humans. Therefore, there is a need for financial institutions to prepare their personnel for the changing landscape brought about by AI. In conclusion, AI in finance is not a fad but a strategic necessity. Lock down forced people to change their traditional methods of teaching and adopt new ways for that. There have been many changes from giving education to taking education. Online methods of studies have brought a revolution in the education world. Today there is no need to go to school to study; new models of education are capable of imparting knowledge sitting at home. After Covid, there were many ups and downs in the education world. In the early days, teaching was a challenge in itself, but gradually efforts were made to make it easier with the help of technology. Hence, this study aimed to survey menstrual cycle effects on performance, physical condition and concentration on Indore women. Data was collected using selfreported surveys approaching a convenience sampling method. They want to work in that organization where they will have facilities of paid leave during menstruation. They wish that their organization should provide quality pads and must install pad disposable machines.
