It is also widely believed that leadership is solely exercised at positions of higher authority in institutions and organizations. Students who are sufficiently fortunate, are exposed to leadership practices during their formal higher and academia education, yet the plethora of leadership educational programs available globally have limited adaptation and applicability to real-world cases, as well as limited foundations and preparation of the prospective leaders for the societies of the future and community needs. Leadership entails essential elements based on awareness; historical awareness, awareness of self and others, awareness of logical distinctions, and awareness of one’s capacity for discrimination (Barrow, 1981). Educators must engage in professional development and growth through numerous practices, including the pursuit of graduate studies in higher education institutions. Their curiosity, love, compassion, accountability, and eagerness to learn are some of the motivators that drive lifelong learners to seek their personal and professional goals. When leaders and administrators support this learning process, they lead their organizations to innovation and change, while building on employee morale, pride, loyalty, and providing guidance towards high performance for their students, educators, and community, as a whole. Meanwhile, educators become teaching and learning leaders inspiring their students to become architects of their own learning in order to transform society and promote justice and fair trade leading by example. Furthermore, it is essential that educational institutions provide a consistent, high-quality academic experience in order for their students to become citizens and leaders of the world, especially given the level and degree of local, national, and global challenges that societies face. This can be achieved through the provision of a holistic, harmonious educational experience, guided by ethical discipline and universal principles and values while attending to students' needs and competencies.

As a result, students are more eager to learn in a positive environment, and more likely to reach their potential which leads to higher academic performance levels. The authors present and discuss the i2Flex instructional methodology as they implemented it in Middle School Classes for young EFL and Foreign Language learners. Students are active participants of the process. The teacher changes hats from being the instructor in the limited sense of the direct instructor in a teacher centered classroom environment, to being an effective facilitator of the process of education, eventually. The lesson plans change, the media through which they will be delivered also change to be adding to, or even omitting at times, the traditional textbook.

There are certain parameters, which influence the extensive level and degree to which ethics has been analyzed by scholars and researchers in recent years, such as globalization, technology, intangible assets, talent management. Meanwhile, organizations that are inclined in performing according to ethical standards, morals, and values, have recognized the importance and significance that ethical procedures and policies are communicated and practiced throughout the entire organization, while at the same time becoming a priority for the administration of the organization. Organizational and educational leadership is responsible for practices such as creating the foundations for the resourceful and ethical performance of the business. It is one of the most powerful and important aspects of human activities in organizations. Given that leaders are the most influential body in any institution greatly impacting the organizational culture, they are the ones who ought to promote and model principles and values in accordance to the objectives, mission, and vision shared with employees. Although ethos as a principle and value was first discussed in the ancient Greek philosophic circles, where it was characterizing the virtuous and moral beliefs, attitudes, and acts, the importance of the principle of ethical behavior had not been "apparent" until recent years that individuals and organizations have been researching to find ways that ethical behavior can be integrated into corporate practices. Moreover, ethics and the notion of ethical behavior and value systems in the organizational setting have become an organizational precedence in the 21stcentury. While leaders have numerous external factors, which present opportunities and threats, such as keeping up with the technology advancements, globalization's outcomes, threats of the competition, they also have to keep up with internal tasks and practices such as the alignment of mission, vision with the organizational culture, the strategies designed and the goals pursued for their own organization. Although the role of a leader is a complex and multifaceted one, he/she must also integrate ethical practices in their organizations' policies.

Within a conceptual framework consisting of the ACS educational philosophy, reference features of foreign language teaching and the terminological definition of i2Flex, the three authors will outline a detailed explanation of their methodological and educational procedures, translating the i2Flex into practice in their foreign language classes. In a common conclusion of the three study cases, the authors will critically evaluate their experiences in their classrooms and the learning outcomes. They will then give insights and recommendations on how to consolidate the mutual symbiosis between face-to-face and flexible guided student learning supported by technology, guided towards independent and inquiry based student learning, in order to create a long-term,...
