The papers describes how the market has been developing during the last five years, showing some aspects about the market capitalization, the most traded shares and the S&P MILA Andean 40 index. Besides the paper shows the benefits about the MILA to investors and the relation between the stock exchange index and the exchange rate in those markets, using a correlation model.

Background: Extensive studies related to vascular calcification (VC) were conducted in recent yea... more Background: Extensive studies related to vascular calcification (VC) were conducted in recent years. However, no bibliometric analysis has systematically investigated this topic. Our study aimed to determine the hotspots and frontiers of VC research in the past decade and provide a reference for future scientific research directions and decision-making in the VC field. Methods: VC studies were acquired from the Web of Science Core Collection. Bibliometric and visual analyses were performed using CiteSpace, VOSviewer, and Microsoft Excel software. Results: A total of 8,238 English articles on VC research published in 2011-2020 were obtained. In the past decade, annual publications and citations showed a significant growth trend, especially in 2018-2020. The most productive country, institution, journal and author are the United States, the University of California System, PLOS ONE, and Budoff MJ, respectively. The most frequently cited country, journal, and author are the United States, Journal of the American College of Cardiology, and Floege J, respectively. "Vascular calcification," "atherosclerosis," "chronic kidney disease," and "cardiovascular disease" are the primary keywords. The burst keywords "revascularization," "calciprotein particle," "microRNA," and "microcalcification" are speculated to be the research frontiers. Conclusion: The main research hotspots in the VC field are the molecular mechanisms and prognosis of VC in patients with chronic kidney disease or cardiovascular disease. In addition, endovascular therapy and the development of new drugs targeting signal pathways for VC will become the focus of future research. Moreover, non-coding RNAs related to the diagnosis and treatment of VC are great research prospects.

Objetivo: El objetivo de la investigación es determinar la influencia del Código de Ética de la F... more Objetivo: El objetivo de la investigación es determinar la influencia del Código de Ética de la Función Pública en la mejora de la Gestión Pública de la sede central del Gobierno Regional de Apurímac 2018 Método: A través del método cuantitativo, de tipo básica, no experimental transversal de nivel descriptivo correlacional, se empleó una encuesta estadísticamente determinada por 132 servidores compuesto por personal nombrado y contratado, mediante un cuestionario estructurado validado por juicio de expertos y analizados mediante la fiabilidad de la escala Alpha de Cronbach. Para la comprobación de la hipótesis se utilizó el análisis de correlación Spearman mediante el software estadístico IBM SPSS, versión 22. El propósito de esta revisión es analizar y reflexionar sobre el impacto de los podcasts como her... more El propósito de esta revisión es analizar y reflexionar sobre el impacto de los podcasts como herramienta tecnológica de enseñanza por parte de los docentes para motivar y facilitar el aprendizaje del inglés de los estudiantes, en tiempos de pandemia. Para la revisión bibliográfica se examinaron 37 artículos de la base de datos: Scopus, ESBCO, Scielo y Latindex. Los términos que se emplearon para la búsqueda fueron: English, language, teaching AND pandemic, podcast AND english, enseñanza del inglés AND podcast, inglés AND pandemia. Para empezar, se hizo un breve repaso por conceptos claves como qué son los podcasts y el podcasting; como resultado de esta revisión se encontró que el uso del podcast es de gran apoyo para el docente, en tanto que estimula al estudiante a desarrollar no sólo sus habilidades comunicativas en el idioma inglés, sino que promueve el trabajo colaborativo y la cooperación entre pares sin límites de tiempo y espacio.

When it comes to personal finances, an investor should think about the suitability of a variety of financial products, private equity investments, and insurance products, as well as participation and tracking of and/or employer-sponsored retirement plans, social security benefits, and tax management and many more. We have seen a number of countries face a lot of unpredictable problems during this period, such as the covid-19 pandemic, Myanmar's military coup against the government, wildfires in North America and Australia, and many more. These events have had a huge effect on the country's economy, and this burden has eventually fallen on the taxpayers. It is important to know how to handle one's finances in such a situation. As an investor, you must also understand when and how much to invest, as well as where to invest their money in such situations. The aim of this paper is to show how to manage personal finances in the face of a country's uncertainty, whether caused by man or nature, and also analyze the market prices of their investments as they drop and rise in response to the crisis

To carry out this literature review, 133 articles from the Scopus database and 5 articles from Scielo were examined in English and Spanish, between 2017 and 2021. The terms used for the search were: "environmental education", "environmental education" and "school". Likewise, 30 articles that were previously organized were used for the analysis of the results. in a table of analysis and selection of articles by article title, author (s) and year, country, sample, methodological design, and contributions to the review. From this review, it was found that environmental education contributes to the awareness process of students in educational institutions for the care and protection of the environment and thus achieve sustainable development.

Likewise, 30 articles that were previously organized were used for the analysis of the results. in a table of analysis and selection of articles by article title, author (s) and year, country, sample, methodological design, and contributions to the review. From this review, it was found that environmental education contributes to the awareness process of students in educational institutions for the care and protection of the environment and thus achieve sustainable development.

Whose research is with the literature review of the different bibliographic references in the range of 2018 to 2021.25 Articles were examined; of which 20 were analyzed from the different databases found in the trilce campus of our Universidad César Vallejo such as Scielo, Scopus, Ebsco,etc in Spanish and English languages. In this sense it is demonstrated that in the face of the need of our students and the closure of schools due to the pandemic in Peru and the world, we must not stop attending to teaching; with the adaptation of virtual media in order to close the digital gap in our education.

Resultados: Se encontraron manifestaciones de estrés y ansiedad a nivel físico, psíquico e intele... more Resultados: Se encontraron manifestaciones de estrés y ansiedad a nivel físico, psíquico e intelectual en cuatro docentes peruanas despúes de haber padecido COVID-19, que limitaron su desempeño docente extraordinaria. Conclusiones: A pesar de las manifestaciones de estrés y ansiedad diagnosticadas y gracias a la motivación, el compromiso, la constancia y la perseverancia demostradas por las participantes; estas pudieron readaptarse a la nueva realidad y comenzar a recuperar progresivamente sus competencias pedagógicas.
