Put on spotlight during the Covid-19 Pandemic, VLEs enable educators to reach out to their learners as they can easily communicate and interact with their students to facilitate learning beyond their classrooms and typically limited class time. Moreover, VLEs empower learners as they can easily communicate, collaborate, access learning materials, upload assignments and requirements, answer online quizzes, and seek their teachers' assistance in spite of the lack of personal interaction in online and blended learning modalities. Recent studies suggest that VLEs foster collaboration, communication, and interaction among the primary stakeholders-teachers and students-of the academe. This journal article aims to shed light on the nature and significance of virtual learning environments as it enriches the academic landscape of the 21 st century. Delving into the significant findings of recent studies, this article will elucidate the numerous issues and challenges encountered by the primary stakeholders of the academe. Finally, it shall point out the gaps in the current research literature to underscore the fascinating and timely topics which may be considered by future researchers in their pursuit of knowledge creation.

Carried out during the first semester of the 2014-15 Academic Year, the study was primarily intended to aid administrators in crafting policies related to teaching English as a Foreign Language. Using a two-part questionnaire, the study elicited data from 60 language lecturers. The results of the study indicated that the majority of the lecturers frequently integrated multimedia in teaching English, particularly in introducing a topic, providing enhancement activities, unlocking technical vocabulary, and providing listening activities. Data also revealed the following: the lecturers' key reasons for integrating multimedia, the factors that facilitate multimedia integration, and the challenges encountered by the lecturers in integrating multimedia in their English language classrooms. Finally, some pedagogical implications and recommendations for policy-making are shared based on the findings.

It has been becoming a part of every individual person for the past few years due to advancement in technology. The principle behind this technology is merging visual perception of the real world environments and objects with virtual, computer-generated content. The virtual reality is generated by rendering the generated imagery in more proportion over the real environment, so there exist a common method to generate a virtual world but the amount of virtuality created says the type of environment created. It is achieved by using various systems such as computers, displays, specialized devices for geospatial and graphic alignment, wired and wireless networks and software. In this paper we will see the various applications of AR in various fields like medicine, aircraft, Industries, automotive, military, Welding, Maps, Education, Personal use and their working in general, as the technology advances the usage of technology along with other technology increases.

A number of studies found out that students perceive VLEs positively and that VLEs facilitate learning English as a Foreign Language (EFL) and provide an avenue for educators to extend a helping hand to their EFL students. Sustaining VLEs is not an easy task as it raises various concerns and challenges, particularly in the domain of EFL learning. This paper reports on the results of a qualitative study aimed to shed light on the stakeholders' perception towards VLE as well as the significant concerns and challenges encountered by EFL lecturers and their students on their actual use of VLEs in a higher education institution. Furthermore, the study unveiled the practical tips to create efficient and effective VLEs, based on the suggestions of both the EFL students and their lecturers.
