The author sees that only a few technology-based minor business development themes have shown the effectiveness of economic governance with the help of technology. We searched our data electronically in several journals, which included several publications, including Emerald Group Publishing, Elsevier publication, Pearson, UK, Willy online library, Taylors & Francis publications, Springers publications, IEEE publications, and several publications that discuss issues of economic development based on technology. This article was to understand the implementation of review techniques, which means understanding... more This article was to understand the implementation of review techniques, which means understanding electronic applications from top to bottom, accompanied by efforts to carry out open administration by city authorities regarding the potential for open doors and doors in Indonesia. This study focuses on optional information as a distribution that has been distributed between 2010 and 2022, considering the development of gadgets, especially the web, lately has become an outstanding issue to examine efforts to build an understanding of American public administration, especially in the network-the country in a time that is currently full of innovation. After getting the development of information and writing related to the factors of this review, the authors scrutinized it with the framework of coding information, top-down assessment, and decoding information to get a high level of importance to note the problem; based on the presentation of the results and discussion. We can conclude that using applications to increase village operators in public services has helped provide practically dynamic and transparent services. 1660 Therefore village officials must improve their human resources so that technology-based services can be carried out better.

In the discourse "New Neo-Classical Synthesis" which by (Hubbard, 2014; Gordon, 2014; Mitchell, 2019 and Insukindro, 2020), sees economic fluctuations that can lead to recession and expansion. How to measure the output gap or economic fluctuation that occurred in North Maluku Province and its relationship with economic indicators. Estimation of economic fluctuations uses the Hodrick-Prescott Filter method, which is an econometric method to describe the frequency of time series data becoming trends in an economic cycle. The results showed that North Maluku's economic fluctuations were actually dominated by economic recessions rather than expansion. This study is aimed to know about the application of good governance principles as an effort to e... more This study is aimed to know about the application of good governance principles as an effort to empower micro small enterprise as stated in Republic of Indonesia Presidential Regulation number 54 year 2010. In addition, it also aims to understand the worthiness level and formulate empowerment strategy for small micro enterprise as supplier of public procurement. The result shows that average compliance level of Regional Working Unit (SKPD) in the research area is high, reaching 81.93 %. This compliance level consists of 82.25 % efficiency, 84.25 % effectiveness, 80.21 % transparency, 83.44 % openness, 81.91 % competitiveness, 79.15 % fairness/nondiscriminatory and 81.82 % accountability. Analyzing 50 small micro enterprise respondent shows low result. Likewise, the objectives of the study were to examine the levels of eligibility and capacity of UMKK, and to determine empowerment or capacity-building strategies for UMKK as providers of governmental goods and services. This purpose aims to know the impacts of liquidity, activity and pofibility towards the company v... more This purpose aims to know the impacts of liquidity, activity and pofibility towards the company value with dividen policy as intervening variables. The population of this research is manufacture company listed on BEI (Indonesia Stock Exchange). The sample is chosen by using purposive sampling method and it brings out 21 data in 5 years research from 2010 until 2014. The result shows that liquidity (CR) gives positive impact to the company value which is proxied with Tobins-Q, liquidity (CR) also gives significant impacts to the company value through dividend policy (DPR) with negative direction. The activity (TATO) gives negative impacts to the company value which is proxied with Tobins-Q, but profitability (ROE) gives positive impact to the company value through dividend policy (DPR).

Public procurement contributions in the world economy are very significant. In Indonesia, according to the Ministry of Finance, public procurement spending for 2009 was 33.4 percent of total government spending. This study aims to determine implementation practices of Public Procurement Plans or Rencana Umum Pengadaan (RUP) in Bitung City. The multiple statistical regression equation is used to process data from 47 respondents from regional apparatus task forces (SKPD) and the results show that the influence of independent variables (X) on dependent variable (Y) is 87.3 percent (R2), while 12.7 percent is influenced by other factors. Each region has potentials and economic advantages that can be used as the source of its regional... more Each region has potentials and economic advantages that can be used as the source of its regional growth. The capability of each region to promote its own growth depends on its economic competitive advantages. This study is aimed to determine the centers of economic growth and regional development in West Halmahera Regency in the North Moluccas Province. The data used for analysis is secondary data which were collected using documentation method and internet browsing. The method of analysis used is scalogram analysis. The results show that among 9 subdistricts observed in this study, only 4 have the highest scores for socioeconomic infrastructures completeness. The subdistrict located in the central administrative area is the center of growth or growth pole, and the other 3 subdistricts act as the buffer areas. Based on scalogram analysis results, it is found that the growth of each subdistrict is relatively similar, with only 1 subdistrict that shows a relatively more advance growth in Hierarchy II with the highest Index of Subdistrict Growth (ISG) at 21.3433. The other 8 subdistricts are underdeveloped regions within Hierarchy III with the variable Index of Subdistrict Growth (ISG).
