Effect of different centrifugal speed on preservation effect of boer goat semen in low temperature
The effect of centrifugal speed on preservation of Boer goat semen in low temperature was studied... more The effect of centrifugal speed on preservation of Boer goat semen in low temperature was studied in order to study the variation of speed motility ,Acrosome intact rate ,living time and survival index .Boer goat semen was treated at different centrifugal speed ,1000rpm ,2000rpm,3000rpm and 4000rpm was carried .Semined plasma was replaced by dilute liquid containing glucose,the sodium of citric acid, EDTA and egg yellow .The treat semen was preserved at 4℃ .The semen motility and Acrosome intact rate were detected every 12 hours .The result showed that the effect of centrifugal at 1000rpm was the best .The survival index, semen motility preserving for 48 hours and Acrosome intact rate were significant better that of order centrifugal wish the increasing of centrifugal speed (P0.01).

Développée en France au lendemain de la Révolution, l'idée d'art social, qui interroge la fonctio... more Développée en France au lendemain de la Révolution, l'idée d'art social, qui interroge la fonction de l'art dans une société postrévolutionnaire, industrielle et marchande, recouvre des acceptions diverses. Si elle a d'abord participé à l'abolition des classes sociales, contribué au développement de l'éducation populaire et finalement renouvelé le concept même d'art, elle a pu aussi servir, sous la Troisième République, le maintien des hiérarchies existantes et être pensée dans le cadre de la politique artistique de l'État. Ce n'est donc pas une mais des conceptions de l'art social qui ont été défendues, soutenues par des théoriciens politiques, des philosophes et des artistes. Cette notion a fait l'objet d'une recherche menée sous la direction de Neil McWilliam, Catherine Méneux et Julie Ramos, et a débouché sur deux publications : un volume de 23 essais qui permettent de mesurer la diversité et l'originalité des formes qu'a pu revêtir l'idée d'art social (coédition INHA-Presses universitaires de Rennes), et cette anthologie en ligne, riche de plus de 110 textes sources présentés, commentés et illustrés.

Rationale: In experimental pneumonia, nebulization of antibiotics provides high lung tissue conce... more Rationale: In experimental pneumonia, nebulization of antibiotics provides high lung tissue concentrations and rapid bacterial killing. Objectives: To assess efficacy and safety of nebulized ceftazidime and amikacin in ventilator-associated pneumonia caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Methods: Forty patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa were included in a randomized comparative phase II trial. Twenty patients infected by susceptible or intermediate strains, received nebulized ceftazidime (15 mg.kg-1 .3h-1) and amikacin (25 mg.kg-1 .day-1). Seventeen patients infected by susceptible strains received intravenous ceftazidime (90 mg.kg-1 .day-1 , continuous administration) and amikacin (15 mg.kg-1 .day-1). In 3 patients infected by intermediate strains, amikacin was replaced by ciprofloxacin (400 mg.12 h-1). Measurements and Main Results: After 8 days of antibiotic administration, aerosol and intravenous groups were similar in terms of successful treatment (70% vs 55%), treatment failure (15% vs 30 %) and superinfection by other micoorganisms (15% vs 15%). Antibiotic-induced changes in lung computed tomography aeration were not different between groups (increase in gas volume=159 ± 460 ml vs 251 ± 583 ml; decrease in tissue volume=-58 (-77-25) ml vs-89 (-139-5) ml). Acquisition of pertreatment antibiotic resistance was observed exclusively in intravenous group. In aerosol group, 4 patients infected by intermediate strains were successfully treated. Nebulization induced an obstruction of expiratory filter in 3 patients. The obstruction caused cardiac arrest in 1 patient who fully recovered after brief cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Conclusion: Nebulization and intravenous infusion of ceftazidime and amikacin provide similar efficiency for treating ventilator-associated pneumonia caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Nebulization is efficient against intermediate strains and may prevent per-treatment acquisition of antibiotic resistance.
