There are a technology based on an Earth remote sensing method issuing from data purchased in the past. The inventory is based particularly on the use of SPOT, Thematic Mapper (or another RS data) multi-temporary data analysis combined with the use of another spatial data.

The tool is applicable for managing the permits, reporting and regular monitoring issues. Furthermore, it's applicable for a risk assessment and a rapid management of disasters in the initial phase. There're simple modeling tools included to simulate early stages of the contamination caused by disasters occurred to be used for decision making and effective use of emergency services. In this manner, there're low atmospheric and surface water pollutions taken into account. For the study area, Liberec region was chosen covering the area of 3,163km2 and containing 533 potentially dangerous objects categorized accordingly to the Directive nr. 2003/105/ES. The model simulations are responding to daily hydrological and meteorological situation, a capability of automated updates from databases operated by the Czech Hydro Meteorological Institute, and communicate with databases of substances operated by the regional authorities. NASYP is suitable especially for the "N" class of the operators defined in the Directive, where because of smaller amounts of stored dangerous substances the safety measures and regular inspections are limited.

The Architecture definition use RM-ODP methodology. The document is updating of first version of D4.2.1 and it was updated on the base of pilot works during period from Month 9 to Month 15. On the base of pilot user cases, generic user cases are defined. Architecture is defined as platform independent.

The platform should serve as a catalogue of planning data enabling user automated data integration and spatial analyses. The contribution presents the approach for data integration, relation to INSPIRE and the technical solution for data analysis.
KEY WORDS: mobile mapping, context based visualization, sketch input, OGC services.

It is connected not only to technological development but also on new pedagogical methods and principles (and technologies) and need of lifelong learning. This paper tries to compare the two basic views on the educational questions. On the one hand there are learners and students, on the second hand there is very important opinion of teachers and training experts.

It organizes kisan mela (Farmers Fair) every year and display new varieties/technologies and innovative cultivation practices on commercially viable MAPs for its end users. Analyzed data reveals that 75.85% farmer preferring aromatic crops and only 24.15% farmers in favor of medicinal crops. In the year 2010-2012, aromatic crops are quite popular among the farmers and increment pattern of aromatic crops were 40% & 71.90 in Mint; 48% & 78.37% in Rose, Menthol mint still dominates the choice, while in case of medicinal plants, the adoption pattern increments were 75% & 38.09% in Stevia; 35.71% & 21.05% in Withania; 37.5% & 77.27% in Tulsi respectively. It leads to improved socio-economic condition of farmers in the area using cultivable land but also in rural sector under stress and unsustainable land.

Cartographic visualization of sensoric data for public purposes is usually referred to as pervasive mapping. The project is technologicaly based on Open Geospatial Consortia (OGC) intiative called Sensor Web Enablement (SWE), which specifies method of connecting arbitrary sensors to the Internet. SWE will provide specification of standardized interface and coding of data for use in a geoinformation service that integrates selected sensors to general, already existing geoinformation infrastructures. Project is primarily focused on three basic cartographic areas of investigation: effective real-time visualization of sensoric data with the use of selected cartographic tools, modelling of monitored spatial phenomena with suitable interpolation procedures and their subsequent cartographic presentation, and visualization of trends of changes of sensoric data and their contingent prediction.
