Vibration training belongs to the category of non-conventional methods of strength and power deve... more Vibration training belongs to the category of non-conventional methods of strength and power development in a short period of time. Mechanical vibrations which exert influence on the body can cause changes in gravitational conditions and thus initiate certain biological responses. Vibration stimuli are applied on the terminal point of the kinematic chain and thus can induce oscillations spreading through the muscle. Regardless of the type of the vibration training applied basic idea is to combine willing muscle activations and muscle stretching with the vibration stimulus. Vibration training utilizing Flexi-bar as an oscillating requisite belongs to the group of trainings where work-outs are performed with the additional vibrational stimulation. Vibrational stimulation of the muscle which is achieved on that occasion is induced by small frequences of 4,6 Hz. Different conditions of the plantar flexion are defined by means of the angle between the segments of the foot and the shine. A sample of the examinees is drawn from the PE male students, aged 20 (±6 months) who were involved in certain physical activities. Sample of variables is composed of: plantar flexion under the angle of 90, under the angle smaller than 90, and under the angle bigger than 90, as well as the body weight measured by digital scales. It is expected to gain the biggest maximal strength in plantar flexion in the ankle under the angle smaller than 90. It is recommended that the athletes during the training sessions for the development of the strength of the shine muscles (triceps surae) use compulsory support (costructed platform) under the front part of the foot.

A total of 27 participants of the football club "Car Konstantin" from Nis, male, age 17 ± 6 months participated in this study. The players were divided into three different groups according to their positions: defense (n=9), midfield (n=9) and attack (n=9). The study examined the differences in the explosive strength of the lower extremities, speed and endurance between the players in relation to their position on the team. In order to carry out the research, the following tests were used: for strength-the countermovement jump, 30m sprint speed and for endurance-the shuttle run test. The obtained results were processed by the T-test for independent samples. After the overall analysis it was shown that there were no statistically significant differences in the motor abilities of the players in relation to their position on the team. The main contribution of this paper is to point to the necessity of monitoring the motor skills of players to be able to respond to the demands of modern football. Future research, which deal with the same topics, can based on this study compare the results obtained on the same tests, or focus on other motor skills.

In the behavior of coaches, we can recognize different styles that influence each athlete and the training process and affecting their effectiveness and self-evaluation. Aim: The main aim of the research is to determine the influence of the observed style of behavior of coaches on the perfectionism among athletes. Methodology: The sample of respondents consisted of 99 athletes, aged 19 to 25, who are engaged in team sports (basketball, football and volleyball), with average sports experience of 8.20 ± 3.86 years. They completed questionnaires of Competitive Perfectionism Scale (CPS) and Leadership Scale for Sport (LSS). Results: Mean and standard deviation scores for perfectionism were as follows, respectively: 26.07 & 3.55 for striving for perfection; 18.11 & 5.87 for a negative reaction to imperfection, slightly higher compared to other studies. Conclusions: The results of this study show that there is no statistically significant connection between the perception of the coach's behavior on the perfectionism of athletes and the need for further investigation of the causes, cohesion, and consequences of behavior of sports coaches on the behavior, efficiency, and development of athletes, different sexes, ages within various sports disciplines.

A cardio training should be based on individual goals. If the goal of a cardio training is burning fat, then one should focus on nutrition and weight training. Interval trainings (HIT-high intensity training, HIIT-high intensity interval training and Tabata method) are a much better option for the loss of fat deposits than traditional jogging. Aforementioned examples of HIIT have shown that with fitness enthusiasts and sports people it is possible to carry out a systematic training in a safe and efficient way without disturbing the development of motor abilities and sports techniques.

The following reliability and validity statistics were then calculated: Interclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC), Cronbach’s alpha, Kendall coefficient of concordance W and repeated measures ANOVA. All data were analyzed using SPSS 20. The most of the results are satisfying, but correlations between judges for the artistry deductions are smaller than .90 so we can report that the quality of judging artistry was on the lower level comparing to the E score. The results of our investigation showed the need for better definition of the artistry deductions during the next Olympic cycle. Some of the authors suggested that computerized systems for the artistic gymnastics judging should be tested in order to reduce differences between judges.
