Born in a Rurban area, coming from a middle income groups where all stands as small scale entrepreneurs. But I choose different profession, working as an Assistant Professor in Faculty of Management, India's one of the leading university Parul University NAAC A accredited university. I am consistently engaged in academic research with teaching. At present I have contributed 19 publications and 2 Books as principle author. Apart from this I am a member of Board of Studies at Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University in Commerce Department.

On the contrary it is also fact that majority of rural entrepreneurs are facing many problems due to not availability of primary amenities in rural areas of developing country like India. Lack of education, financial problems, insufficient technical and conceptual ability it is too difficult for the rural entrepreneurs to establish industries in the rural areas. This paper makes an attempt to find out the Problems and Challenges for the potentiality of Rural Entrepreneurship. It also focuses on the major problems faced by rural entrepreneurs especially in the fields of Marketing of products, financial amenities and other primary amenities, i.e. availability of electricity, water supply, transport facilities and required energy etc.
