This study takes a significant theoretical departure from that view and focuses on internal communication as a lens through which we understand leadership. It proposes that leadership is inherently communicative and effective Communication is viewed as a component of successful leadership communication.
The study explored the importance of the internal communication on
fostering changes within an organization. Specifically, it investigated that in the setting of a military environment and employed a cross-sectional survey research strategy, to examine how through internal communication military department leaders may inspire personnel to participate and contribute in organizational change.
Additionally, the research investigated whether internal communication
inspires personnel to participate and contribute concerning transformational leadership, emotional intelligence, and follower outcomes. Moreover, the research examined internal communication about employee tenure, experience, and operational sector, to establish the main communication problems in the Greek army and their causes.
Finally, results support that internal communication is not only typically viewed as a foundational element or as the central process for leadership, but also is the main component of successful leadership.

OLS methodology is chosen to isolate economic news components of the observed macroeconomic indicators. The estimation results show that macroeconomic news related to interest rates or Government bonds with 10 years of maturity and GDP have a significant impact on the stock market performance. It is also revealed that stock returns shocks respond more to unexpected events not only economical or political, but also events occurred worldwide.
