This right gives the state authority as stated in Article 2 paragraph (2) of the UUPA. However, these various regulations and policies at the level of implementation do not harm the principles of the rights of the Indonesian people. The presence of the Job Creation Law which regulates land acquisition for development is considered pragmatic, more oriented towards investment and economic interests so it is considered to ignore the ideals and rights as well as the spirit of agrarian reform that favours the interests of farmers. Regarding the problems that occurred in the research process, several respondents admitted that the problems that often arise came from the traders. The use of oral agreements in buying and selling becomes a habit that cannot be abandoned by Klewer Market traders, even though they are aware that their position is weak if there are legal problems in its implementation. Well-mannered characteristics owned by custom law judges is underpinned by their maturity balanced with applicable norms in the society. As a judge, Jenang Kutai judge should be calm, assertive, fair, and bold in making decision or delivering a verdict. This is done in order to enforce the law. Even though sometimes such judges psychologically have sympathy for the defendant, they have to pass sentence because people they believe that God’s punishment through hazard disaster will come for those who commit the crime and do not enforce the law.

The King’s decree No. M/51 year 2005 regulates the labor laws in Saudi Arabia, and this country’s government only accepts employment agreements written in Arabic. The solution is that the employment agreements written in two languages are prepared, with Arabic as the authoritative language. This research talks about women in the sifon tradition (the practice of circumcision) among the S... more This research talks about women in the sifon tradition (the practice of circumcision) among the Soe people, Central Timor Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia. The sifon tradition is seen as an element with a cultural value on reproduction, where it is implemented through the practice of circumcision for men of the Timor tribe. In this ritual, women are the object for the sake of the men's sexual vitality, where afterwards, the men undergo intercourse with women. This practice is believed to have a magical and a religious sense. The sifon tradition is produced through a traditional ritual, in which a circumcisiond man undergoes intercourse with a minimum of three women as a process to heal the circumcision wounds. In the religious aspect, the sifon tradition becomes a belief for women to obtain values of propriety and compliance by sacrificing themselves for the sake of having the circumcisiond men healed. Sifon is a symbol of the men's masculinity towards their status in the society, with an ignorance of the women's rights of their reproductive health and also is a crimes.

The fulfillment of these rights for the citizens who work gives an important sense to reach a good living standard. Health rights of Indonesian migrant workers are regulated in the Constitution No.18, 2017 on the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers. This legal protection for Indonesian migrant workers includes rather wide aspects, such as the protection of safety, health, the maintenance of work ethics, also rightful treatments according to the human dignity and the religious morals. Legal protection of health for the migrant workers are part of the efforts to maintain and to increase their physical and mental health, as well as letting them reach social welfare. The host country of the Indonesian migrant workers must give insurance of health rights. The five favorite destination countries of Indonesian migrant workers are Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Hongkong, and Saudi Arabia. Those five countries have regulations in giving health rights insurances for Indonesian migrant workers.
