Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (Clean India Mission and abbreviated as SBA or SBM for " Swachh Bharat Mission") is a National Campaign by government of India , covering 4,041 statutory cities and towns , to clean the streets , roads and infrastructure of country. In the present study researchers identified the improper sanitation among the rural population at Mohanlalganj, Lucknow. So they have interested to conduct this study. In the present study researchers assessthe knowledge and practice among rural community regarding home sanitation. Method: The research approach adopted for the study was descriptive survey approach. The sample comprises of 125 sample subject of Mohanlalganj. The convenient sampling was used to select the sample subject. The tool used for study was structured interview schedule having three sections. Section I b...

So this work focus on transferring data by hiding in image. In this work carrier image was used to hide data where Low Frequency Region was utilized. Here whole data hiding is done by modified by using histogram feature shifting method. the point that hiding information and image can be effectively recovered. Investigation is done on genuine dataset image. Assessment parameter esteems and demonstrates that proposed work has keep up the SNR, PSNR values with high security of the information. KeywordsDigital data hiding, Encryption, Histogram, Image Processing.

Buccal films were made with Hydroxy propylcellulose (HPC EF) and Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose (HPMC E15) as mucoadhesive polymers. Permeation of CPH was calculated ex vivo using porcine buccal membrane. The patches were evaluated for weight variation, thickness variation, surface pH, moisture absorption, in vitro residence time, mechanical properties, in vitro release, ex vivo permeation studies and drug content uniformity. The formulation F8 of HPMC E15 was found to give the better results and release of drug from the film followed Higuchi and Korsmeyer and Peppas models.

Acyclovir microcapsules with a coat consisting of alginate and mucoadhesive polymers such as sodi... more Acyclovir microcapsules with a coat consisting of alginate and mucoadhesive polymers such as sodium carboxy methyl cellulose and methyl cellulose were prepared by an ionotropic gelation technique. The microcapsules were prepared and found to be discrete, free flowing, spherical to near spherical and without aggregation. The microencapsulation efficiency was found to be in between 38.60% to 70.35%. The percent yield, drug entrapment and drug content in all formulations were good. The average particle size was found to be in the range of 409.25 to 725µm. A percentage of moisture loss was calculated for all the prepared acyclovir microcapsules and was found to be within limit. The swelling indices of all the formulation were enhanced with the increased alginate concentration. Microcapsules prepared with sodium carboxy methyl cellulose with alginate (FS1) exhibited good mucoadhesive property in the in-vitro wash off test. Acyclovir release from these mucoadhesive microcapsules was slow and extended over a period of 8 hour and depends upon the concentration of alginate. All formulations were followed first order kinetics with diffusion mechanism. In conclusion, alginate-sodium CMC mucoadhesive microcapsules could be promising vehicle for the controlled release of Acyclovir.
