The financial market belongs to the segment of the economic system, which is especially strictly ... more The financial market belongs to the segment of the economic system, which is especially strictly regulated and controlled by state bodies. The special emphasis of the state on the issues of control and supervision of the financial market is due to the fact that the degree of development of its infrastructure has direct impact on the economic situation of the country. The conducted analysis of the financial market development covers the period from 2014 through 2017. The article reflects the features of the financial market of Kazakhstan and its role for the national economy, as well as the mechanism of state regulation of the financial market. The authors reveal the problems of the financial market functioning at the present stage, and draw conclusion about the need to develop the regulatory infrastructure of the financial market to achieve sustainable economic growth.

We consider and use the rational operational planning based on performance estimates as a major instrument, a fundamental principle of rhythmic operation of industrial production. Operational planning and the management mechanism are linked and agreed with the planned decision to ensure continuity of rhythmic industrial production.

The present article is devoted to the analysis of structural elements of a room prepared for comf... more The present article is devoted to the analysis of structural elements of a room prepared for comfort living. A new variant for minimizing the space in a room for comfort living is shown on the example of a studioapartment in two levels on an attic floor. An overview of the apartment is shown, as well as layout plans of floors with furniture. Favorable transitory elements between zones in the rooms are offered. For comfort and harmonious looks, the smoothed shape of the living room is proposed. A low-pitched staircase is projected. A layout is designed for borders between different floor coatings and ceiling-embedded lamps that create an almost-tangible "light wall" on their border. For optimal use of the area, a plan of partition walls with tapered cornered was developed. A design solution was found for using a space under the section of the staircase flight. A solution was found for natural lighting in all the rooms due to the absence of partition walls and using glass partition walls and doors, creating a two-light volume and a stained-glass window in the cupola. The stained-glass window over the kitchen zone also warms the kitchen with solar light. For domestic items storage, a naturally-ventilated volume is provided: built-in wardrobes behind the staircase, racks, a stockroom, a niche over the toilet room and stockroom, drawers under the podium and stairs of the lower staircase flight. Interiors design and decoration were developed. The article has an overview of reference literature in the sphere of the optimal design of residential spaces.

The paper investigates research microclimate control in residential buildings. As an indicator of... more The paper investigates research microclimate control in residential buildings. As an indicator of indoor microclimate comfort, indoor air temperature and relative humidity level were considered, and additional influenced factors to temperature and humidity level were factor determined and applied to create comfort parameters. In order to Bauyrzhan Omarov et al. 1346 ensure comfort microclimate, mathematical model of comfort temperature and humidity level are created and algorithmic process to ensure desired indoor air temperature and humidity level are considered. Results section illustrates the simulation of distributions of indoor temperature and relative humidity level in the residential building.
This paper examines a set of measures for enhancing the financial-lending mechanism of government... more This paper examines a set of measures for enhancing the financial-lending mechanism of government regulation and support of the agro-industrial complex (AIC) as part of the implementation of the Government Program for the Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex in Kazakhstan for the Period 2017–2021 and Russia’s Government Program for the Development of Agriculture and Regulation of Markets for Agricultural Produce, Raw Materials, and Food for the Period 2013–2020. The authors have analyzed the volumes of investment and subsidies directed at carrying into effect a set of activities on stimulating investment activity in the AIC. The paper brings forward a set of ways to enhance the mechanism of funding agricultural entities for the purpose of boosting the efficiency of agricultural production in the country.

The description of the key directions of development of the agricultural sector is shown. The role of agriculture in the country's economy is indicated. The paper identifies the main directions of innovative development of the country in terms of sustainability of farmers. Examples of foreign experience in the development of innovations in agriculture are given. The authors propose the main directions and recommendations for the innovative development of the agricultural sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
