THE PHYSICS OF SURFACES: Aspects of the Kinetics and Dynamics of Surface Reaction
In today's business environment marked by competition between firms, enhancing customer attitudin... more In today's business environment marked by competition between firms, enhancing customer attitudinal loyalty is a key goal for both marketers and practitioners. A way to achieve this goal is to enhance customer satisfaction. This is why this paper investigated the role of emotional brand attachments in enhancing brand loyalty in the Moroccan dairy industry. The research data were collected using an on-line questionnaire administered among consumers of dairy products. The partial least squares method was employed for data analysis, using the SmartPLS software. The results reveal that emotional attachment directly, positively and significantly influence on consumer attitude toward dairy brand, dairy brand preference, and consumer purchase intentions. This study guides Sakia's marketer through the process of building consumer loyalty toward the brand.

Notre recherche fondée sur une analyse qualitative nous permet de fournir des suggestions et des propositions sur ce qui pourrait se faire en guise de complément des stratégies menées, d'où la problématique suivante : Comment le secteur touristique a été impacté par la crise sanitaire ? Over the past few decades, entrepreneurship has become an inescapable phenomenon of our time. It... more Over the past few decades, entrepreneurship has become an inescapable phenomenon of our time. It is a key factor for growth, restructuring and development of the productive fabric, innovation and job creation. It is within this framework that Morocco has recently initiated a process of structural transformation which is reflected in the efforts made by the State to consolidate the foundations of a modern and competitive economy, to simplify the creation of enterprises, encourage their growth and promote entrepreneurship. In this article, we will first attempt to approach theoretically the concept of entrepreneurship in its various forms and in a second step, we will focus on the entrepreneurial dynamics in Morocco for a better understanding of the term while emphasizing the factors in favor of entrepreneurial dynamics and the constraints and obstacles to the development of enterprises, especially those run by women. Este artículo tiene como objetivo identificar los determinantes de la intención emprendedora de l... more Este artículo tiene como objetivo identificar los determinantes de la intención emprendedora de las mujeres jóvenes en una sociedad patriarcal. A base de la teoría del comportamiento planificado, se elaboró una prueba empírica sobre una muestra de 169 jóvenes mujeres marroquíes, siguiendo un esquema cuya ecuación estructural se fundamenta en la aproximación PLS. Los resultados de la presente investigación confirman que las actitudes hacia el comportamiento y la percepción de la capacidad emprendedora contribuyen fuertemente en la explicación de la intención emprendedora de las mujeres jóvenes. Sin embargo, las normas sociales ejercen un efecto negativo sobre la intención de las mujeres jóvenes hacia la creación de la empresa. En consecuencia, los gobiernos están llamados a proponer programas de seguimiento a las mujeres emprendedoras, con la finalidad de mejorar el nivel de la intención emprendedora de las mujeres jóvenes.

Although microenterprises constitute a significant part of Morocco's economy, they encounter ... more Although microenterprises constitute a significant part of Morocco's economy, they encounter financing difficulties which represent the biggest obstacles to their growth, therefore, Islamic financial institutions can take a prominent role in fostering financial inclusion in Morocco. Accordingly, this article aims to explore the determinants of intention to adopt Islamic financing in micro-business. For this purpose, this study utilizes data collected from a selected sample of Moroccan micro-business owner-managers using face-to-face interviews during March 2021. The results from the partial least squares analysis indicate that religious obligation and Islamic financing reputation positively affect attitude towards Islamic financing. Findings also reveal the positive and significant influence of subjective norms, attitude towards Islamic financing, and perceived behavioral control on intention to adopt Islamic financing.• This method article can be used to explore the antecedent of Islamic financing adoption in micro‐business.• Access to this method article may help Islamic bank managers to set up marketing policies in order to strengthen the micro-business owners' intention to adopt Islamic financing.

The empirical study was conducted among a sample of 150 female micro-enterprises in the Eastern Region. The results of this study enabled us to identify the problems encountered by these women in the processes of business creation, financing, management and marketing. This research work helped us to highlight the incentives for the creation of micro-enterprises and the assistance programmes.
