It is hypothesized that personality trait profile might be different between these respondents due to different academic, social and cultural background the students experienced. A total number of 54 respondents (19 alumni, 12 current students and 23 potential UKM engineering students) participated in the study. The 44 Big Five Inventory (John et al, 1991) was used to assess the personality profile. Data analyzed indicated some significant differences as expected. The current UKM-UDE engineering students were high on Neuroticism than those of UKM engineering students and UKM-UDE alumni. The alumni and current UKM-UDE students scored lower on Extraversion compared to the current local UKM engineering students. Current and the alumni of the UKM-UDE students scored higher on Openness than the current UKM engineering students. Overall findings suggest that environmental and socio-cultural factor play important role in the development of personal characteristics. Implications of the study on the benefits of the student mobility and exchange program were also discussed.

The population for this study comprised of all the purchasing personnel from the companies that are listed on the main and second board of Bursa Malaysia. 162 responses have been successfully collected. The reliability for the items and scales used in the questionnaire is 95.8%. By using correlation analysis from the SPSS program, the results have shown that there are significant relationship between the variables in Similarity and Relationship Management, and also between the variables in Similarity and Relationship Quality. Similarity in work attitudes has been found to have the most significant impact on relationship management and quality. Therefore, findings from this study is hoped to give contribution to knowledge especially in the role of Similarity in marketing relationships. Besides, this study will have some managerial implications, which will help management to determine an effective way of managing relationships and to improve the quality of the buyer-seller relationships.

Experimenters hypothesized that short bouts of aerobic exercise would have a positive effect on cognitive function. The Stroop Test was used to measure cognitive performance. For the experimental group, the test was administered before and after 5 min of aerobic exercise at or above 60% of maximum heart rate, and for the control group, where no exercise was performed, tests were given consecutively. The mean difference in time (sec) to complete the Stroop test for the experimental group was 5.389 sec (with outlier) and 5.704 sec (without outlier) as compared to the control group, whose mean difference was 5.1 sec. The results indicated that there was no statistical significance in the average difference in Stroop Test completion times between the control and experimental groups. In conclusion, further research is needed to determine if short bouts of exercise have an effect on cognitive function.
