CRM is often seen as a key element in delivering customer-centric services. Today CRM solutions are often implemented as a cloud computing service. Cloud computing refers to providing and using computational resources via the Internet. It enables the access to technology in the form of service on demand. Services and data coexist in shared and dynamically scaled set of resources. E-government is the organic combination of information technology and government management function. With the development of information technology, government has been upgrading from management-oriented mode to service-oriented one. Therefore, government CRM is a business strategy to provide comprehensive service from all public organizations. This paper presents a model of CRM in e-government system. Model includes process specification, metrics for evaluation of the system performance and recommendations for implementation. 1 Marko Vulić was born in 1985, in Belgrade, Serbia. He received his B.Sc. degree at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in 2009 and a M.Sc. degree in 2010. Presently he attends his Ph.D. studies in e-business. As teaching associate he is involved in teaching courses covering the area of E-business, Internet marketing and E-education. He receives scholarship from the Ministry of Science and Technological Development, the Republic of Serbia.

The specific goal is to design a smart environment for enhancing the teaching and learning processes at universities. The environment should integrate adequate concepts of smart buildings and smart classrooms with e-learning systems, in order to provide students with advanced e-learning services and services that improve the overall quality of students' experience. In addition, the model is based on the concept of crowdsourcing, where students actively participate in gathering the information, designing and implementing the e-services. Finally, the paper describes a prototype of the designed smart environment implemented at the Department for e-Business, at University of Belgrade.

Social media can be described as Web 2.0 technologies and practices that are used for sharing content, opinions and experiences. The application of social networks, wikis and blogs enables improvement relations between the participants of the educational process. In this paper we present a model for application of social media in e-learning, developed in scope of Laboratory for e-business, Faculty of organizational sciences, University of Belgrade. The practical part of the paper describes the use of wikis, blogs and social networks, as a complement to the existing elearning process, in a higher education institution. Integration of an edutainment Facebook application with Moodle learning management system is shown. The main goal of this paper is the improvement of quality of e-learning process through application of social media in higher education.

The primary goal is to improve the performance of the existing e-learning system where group adaptation is applied. The proposed method includes an integration of information, processes, applications and human resources in the e-learning system. Integration is based on a web application we developed for managing the learning environment. The application enables an integration of the Moodle, the OpenLDAP directory for managing user accounts, and the OpenNebula toolkit for managing a cloud computing infrastructure. The major advantage of the suggested approach is that the existing system for adaptive e-learning does not need any changes, while it becomes more available and suitable for ubiquitous learning. We evaluated the implemented environment in an undergraduate course at the E-Business Lab, University of Belgrade.

However, this can reduce system security and lead to insufficient usage of the services by end-users. This chapter investigates various approaches for identity management, particulary in a cloud computing environment. Several complex issues are discussed, such as cross-domain authentication, provisioning, multi-tenancy, delegation, and security. The main goal of the research is to provide a highly effective, scalable identity management for end-users in an educational private cloud.
