Customers enable all their transactions from traditional bank branches through digital channels. In the digitalized world, the metaverse universe now offers the opportunity to make every transaction and request virtually. However, according to observations, the rate of use of digital banking channels in our country is still not at the desired level.
A not new concept for those who follow the changes and advances in technological fields: Metaverse. However, it is too early to talk about the applicability of Metaverse in many areas. No one can make a clear prediction about how successful Meteverse will be for its use in any field. However, it is known that large technology companies have invested huge amounts of time, resources and money for the use and development of Meteverse. Consulting firm Pricewaterhouse Coopers predicts that the global Metaverse market will grow from 45.5billionin2019to45.5 billion in 2019 to 45.5billionin2019to1.5 trillion in 2030. In the event that this anticipated development in Meteverse is realized, the finance and financial services sector will be able to use this potential new market as an area where they can develop their own products and services. In this study, a conceptual framework has been created at the point of what Metaverse already means for finance and financial services and what the potential opportunities for the field might be. In this context, in the study, what Metaverse means is discussed in the first part with the title of "What is Metaverse?", in the second part, the future of finance and financial services is presented and how Metaverse will shape the financial world is analyzed.

From the earliest times when humanity was born, the subjects they asked and discussed when they encountered a technology were similar to each other. The technology that transforms us today has the power to fundamentally transform many areas of life, from the homes we live in to the cars we use, from the food and clothing we consume, to our relationships with our pets, from the visions of companies to the constitutions of countries and territorial integrity. The digitalization of the personnel management process is seen as a problem in this sector. In this digital transformation process, banks are exposed to innovations that should be implemented in almost all collaborative processes. HR digital transformation processes are closely related to the correct and complete implementation of digital approaches. Since the subject in question is not sufficiently included in the modern scientific literature, the main purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of the digitalization of the banking sector on HR processes, to reveal the digital technologies used in HR management and to investigate their positive aspects.
