Conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic are continuously requiring teachers to improve their use ... more Conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic are continuously requiring teachers to improve their use of innovative behavior at work. Several previous studies have proven that learning orientation culture has an influence on innovative behavior. However, all of these studies have been conducted in the industrial sector. The current study aims to examine the relationship between learning orientation culture and teacher’s innovative behavior. Respondents of the study included 36 teachers from six cities in Java, Indonesia: Surabaya, Malang, Semarang, Salatiga, Surakarta and Yogyakarta. The results show that there was no relationship between learning orientation culture and teacher’s innovative behavior. Meanwhile, in the current study, only the intra-organizational knowledge sharing component had a significant correlation with teacher’s innovative behavior. Complementary-alternative medicine (CAM) has been known for more than 30 years ago in developing ... more Complementary-alternative medicine (CAM) has been known for more than 30 years ago in developing countries. The use level of CAM also has been increased significantly in developed countries. Potentiality of CAM in the world and especially in Indonesia as a business services has not been studied comprehensively. Most of the previous studies focused on benefit of CAM or the reason of CAM use. The important thing that needs to investigate is an entrepreneurial sustainability of CAM business so integrated medicine can be encouraged and will be an asset for medical tourism in Indonesia. The purposed of this study is to explain an entrepreneurial sustainability of CAM services that still running from customer's perspective in order to realize integrated medicine in Surabaya. Surabaya was chosen because it has various independent CAM services as well as in health institutions. Types of CAM that became subject in this study were therapeutic massage, herbal medicine, and yoga. This study used quantitative design with type of survey research and accidental sampling method. Quantitative data was analyzed used descriptive statistics to describe profile of respondents and the factors of entrepreneurial sustainability of CAM services: reputation, focus on product and client, consumer satisfaction, marketing, cost, and location. Result and discussion can be viewed inside this article.

Nowadays more and more people begin to know and use Complementary-Alternative Medicine (CAM) as o... more Nowadays more and more people begin to know and use Complementary-Alternative Medicine (CAM) as one option to improve their health. CAM is a non-conventional treatment that includes promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative. It is not only in developing country like Indonesia, but also in developed countries can be found the increasing use of CAM. For the examples are the escalation by 48% in Australia, 70% in Canada, 42% in America, 38% in Belgium, and 75% in France. Various scientific studies about CAM's benefit made more women use CAM to improve their reproductive health. Based on the previous studies, authors did the literature review and it could be concluded that CAM effective in overcome several reproductive problems, for examples: vaginal wet mount, missed period, pain during menstruation, menopause, increasing the fertility, breast cancer, as well as care period of pregnancy and childbirth. The potential of CAM towards improving woman reproductive health is discussed in-depth within this paper. From the literature review, it can be summarized that it is very important to preserve CAM because the potencies in improving reproductive health of Indonesian women.

It is important to research the cultural context and meaning of CATM, including its definitions and examples, among different communities of psychology because CATM's use is dependent on how it is understood by the members. The aim of this pilot study is to provide an interpretation of the Indonesian psychology community's understanding of CATM through a qualitative approach. Online interviews with open-ended questions and purposive sampling were used. Participants were dominantly psychologists or lecturers in clinical psychology area. Ten males and 12 females with an average age of 28.0 ± 2.5 years voluntarily participated in this study. Interviews were audio-recorded, transcribed verbatim, and reviewed and analysed by the two authors to ensure accuracy of interpretation. The aim of this study was to discover differences in work-family conflict among women who work as... more The aim of this study was to discover differences in work-family conflict among women who work as employees and women who worked as entrepreneurs. The samples of this re-search were 189 women (98 employees and 91 entrepreneurs). This quantitative com-parative design used an incidental sampling technique. The measuring instrument was the work-family conflict (WFC) translated from Greenhaus and Beutell. The data collected was analyzed using Mann Whitney-U Test. The results show no difference in WFC among women who work as employees and women as entrepreneurs. However, the data shows that the majority of entrepreneur women has very low WFC in all aspects (time, strain, and behavior), while women who work as employees tend to have medium WFC. The results of cross tabulation show that there are indications of an association between revenue and WFC (time and strain aspects) in employee respondents. Some successful entrepreneurs have shown this character since adolescence. Therefore, it would be better if this entrepreneurial orientation is implemented early on. Researchers are interested in looking at the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and personality, especially personality that is nature, referring to The Theory of Humours by Hippocrates (460 BC) and Galen (2 AD).
