UMKM represent business activities that can expand employment and reduce problems while also prov... more UMKM represent business activities that can expand employment and reduce problems while also providing economic services to the community and can facilitate the process of equity and increase public budgets, encourage economic growth, and enhance national success. This study aimed to look at differences in product quality towards the buying interest of UMKM products in Tasikmalaya. And to know the purpose of increasing consumer buying interest. Research uses explanatory research methods. Use this method because research not only discusses empirical facts found in the field, but also discusses and explains the relationship between indicators. Using the sampling method by opposing questionnaires to 120 residents of Tasikmalaya who know about UMKM information in Tasikmalaya. The object of research is UMKM in the City of Tasikmalaya. The research subjects are consumers of UMKM products. Analysis using regression with the results of product quality affect the buying interest of UMKM products in the city of Tasikmalaya.

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kausalitas melalui pendekatan Survei. Dengan sampel penelitian 48 orang Karyawan Perusahaan Djuanda Poultry Shop Tasikmalaya. Data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan data primer. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 26.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Work Life balance memiliki klasifikasi penilaian sangat baik, Stress Kerja memiliki klasifikasi penilaian sangat baik sedangkan Turnover Intention memiliki klasifikasi Sangat Baik pada Karyawan Perusahaan Djuanda Poultry Shop Tasikmalaya. Advertise tax is one of the important sources of Regional Revenue to finance the implementation o... more Advertise tax is one of the important sources of Regional Revenue to finance the implementation of Development and Government in the Region, so it needs to be regulated separately. So far the Regional Office of Financial and Asset Management in Tasikmalaya during the calculation of advertisement tax has used Microsoft Excel and calculators (calculators). But the obstacles that are often experienced when using Microsoft Excel are frequent advertisement tax calculation errors, when officers are in the field then the calculating machine (calculator) sometimes occurs errors that cause advertisement tax calculation errors and billboard price standard tables must always be taken because the officers do not memorize all advertisement standard price. Then the use of smartphone technology is needed to help the problems that exist in the calculation of advertisement tax in the field. The use of smartphones in the field of government cannot be maximized so that new breakthroughs are needed that can support work, especially work that requires precision in work. Therefore given a solution in this study is to create an advertisement tax calculatio n application that applies the advertisement tax rules to optimize the use of smartphones, especially Android in the field of government and facilitate the management of local revenue in the city of Tasikmalaya. The results of this study are in the form of prototypes of the advertisement tax calculation application.

High salt levels, tidal flooding, and strong east winds were among the challenges faced. Surjan system combined with the use of superior varieties is a solution to increase the resistance of rice plants to abiotic stresses and increase productivity. The purpose of this community service is to apply appropriate technology based on local wisdom to increase food availability in Pangandaran Regency during the COVID-19 pandemic. Socialization, discussion, direct practice, and evaluation are the methods used in this activity. According to the results of the dissemination, 40% of farmers produce 1-3 tons / ha, 54% produce 3-5 tons / ha, and 6% produce >5 tons / ha. The dissemination of surjan and the use of Banyuasin rice varieties can boost rice productivity and give it a fluffier texture.
