The purpose of this study is to evaluate the factors affecting the decision to deploy a credit ma... more The purpose of this study is to evaluate the factors affecting the decision to deploy a credit management system at commercial banks in Da Nang city. The author used a combination of mixed research methods in this study. The qualitative research method aims to build a research model from the analysis of previous related studies. The author used a quantitative method to survey 336 subjects who are managers, direct employees of the credit department at banks. Research results show that there are four factors that greatly influence the decision to choose a bank. Deposit individual customer savings in order: usefulness, controllability, relevance, and implementation cost. Through this result, it will help commercial banks orient the development of LOS credit management system at commercial banks in the future. These factors include: usefulness, ease of use, favorable conditions, engaging people, sharing documents. Survey data in the lesson was collected from 285 learners using Facebook at Duy Tan University. The results show that all five factors directly affect the behavior of using Facebook for learning. From there, the author proposes to develop policies to promote the application of facebook to improve the learning ability of learners.

The purpose of the article is to determine the factors affecting the satisfaction of Duy Tan Univ... more The purpose of the article is to determine the factors affecting the satisfaction of Duy Tan University students for online learning during the acute respiratory infection caused by the new strain of Coronavirus (Covid-19). Based on survey, analysis, processing and evaluation of the obtained results, the article aims to focus the analysis within specific limits with the goal of honestly reflecting and thereby offering solutions for the effective use of online learning in the learning process of students. The results show that there are five factors affecting student satisfaction, in order of influence, as follows: (1) Tuition fees; (2) Teaching staff; (3) Interoperability; (4) Facilities and (5) Training programs. Based on these results, the Board of Directors of Duy Tan University will change several factors in order to improve student satisfaction in online learning in the near future.

The research results also pointed out 5 factors: (1) Labor; (2) Enterprise size; (3) Financial management capacity (4) Capital structure and (5) System of policies and legislation in descending order of affecting the performance of enterprises through regression model. Besides, the study has given specific policy suggestions through the current situation and research model to improve business performance for manufacturing enterprises in Central Vietnam in the future.

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors affecting people's satisfaction with public... more The purpose of this study is to determine the factors affecting people's satisfaction with public administrative services at the People's Committee of Thuan Phuoc Ward, Da Nang City. Through the mixed research method on the basis of surveying 350 people in different ages and different professions and especially in different public administrative services with a hypothetical model with 5 image elements to the satisfaction of the people: (1) Confidence, (2) Facilities, (3) Employees, (4) Administrative procedures, (5) Costs. Quantitative statistical results show that the two factors that have the greatest impact on people's satisfaction are: trust and attitude and staff capacity. Besides, the remaining factors also have significant influence on people's satisfaction with public administrative services. The article also gave some implications for policy leaders to improve people's satisfaction when serving.
