This project seeks to develop social marketing strategies at the CAFAM employment agency in the t... more This project seeks to develop social marketing strategies at the CAFAM employment agency in the town of Bosa, for the employment inclusion of people over 40 years of age, in order to mitigate the incidence of age, regarding the possibilities to work in Colombia. Through the employment agency, it seeks to inform and describe the factors by which contracting companies do not actively and actively link persons of this population; articulated with the objective of sustainable development (SCC), which aims at inclusion and social cohesion, are intended to generate impact social marketing strategies, which underpin the effects of the state of loss on this population and generate social responsibility in the organization.
