Peritoneal ceils of anemic donors enriched with macrophages at the expense of Tcell lysis using a... more Peritoneal ceils of anemic donors enriched with macrophages at the expense of Tcell lysis using anti-Thy-1.2 monoclonal antibodies are capable of triggering various routes of terminal erythroid differentiation characteristic of stress erythropoiesis during their adoptive transfer to normal syngeneic recipients. Stimulation of the proliferation of polychromatophilic erythroblasts and initiation of mitoses in oxyphilic erythroblasts are regulated by interacting T ceUs and macrophages, and the "reserve erythropoiesis" mainly by macrophages.

The authors have investigated the possibility of using sera with cold auto-lymphocytotoxic antibo... more The authors have investigated the possibility of using sera with cold auto-lymphocytotoxic antibodies for the differential diagnosis of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and malignant non-Hodgkin's disease (MNHD) at the stage of leukemization. The new rapid immunologic method was approved in the diagnosis of 40 CLL and 52 MNHD patients. The high informative value of this method has permitted the authors to recommend its use as an additional procedure for the differential diagnosis of the above lympho-proliferative diseases.

The investigation of adsorption capacity of B- and T-lymphocytes in respect to autolymphocytotoxi... more The investigation of adsorption capacity of B- and T-lymphocytes in respect to autolymphocytotoxic antibodies (ALCTA) has shown that these two populations of mature cells have a common antigen against which ALCTA are directed. This antigen is insufficiently expressed of pathologic cells of patients with B-cellular variant of chronic lymphoid leukemia (CLL). B-lymphocytes of patients with malignant non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, hairy-cell leukemia, Waldenström's macroglobulinemia are more mature, as compared to those of CLL patients, and carry surface antigens to which autoantibodies are directed.

Apheresis was applied in 17 patients with hypoplastic anemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, chronic r... more Apheresis was applied in 17 patients with hypoplastic anemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, chronic renal failure and other diseases sensitized to HLA. Apheresis was done for removal of anti-HLA antibodies and prevention of nonhemolytic transfusion reactions. Multiple massive apheresis led to a marked decrease in the antibody level. After the first or second apheresis with removal of 700.0-2000.0 ml of plasma weekly half of the patients showed increasing titres of lymphocytotoxic antibodies.

Показано значение отдельных молекул главного комплекса гистосовместимости в запуске антителообразования после трансфузий компонентов крови, в процессе беременности, после трансплантации органов вследствие несовместимости антигенных структур донора и реципиента, матери и ребенка. Подробно описано значение строения белковых молекул антигенов тромбоцитов в распознавании их иммунокомпетентными клетками.
