This study discusses the impact of the external factors in tourism locations on the environmental... more This study discusses the impact of the external factors in tourism locations on the environmental conduct of students as sightseers; takes the rural destinations in Indonesia as the case-study place based on 325 questionnaire survey samples of tourists; and adopts the method of structural equation model-multiple group analysis to explore the moderating role of levels of education on the relationship between students’ intention to behave environmental responsibility and their responsible behavior toward the environment. Students’ factors include PBC (Perceived Behavioral Control), AE (attitude to behave toward the environment), SN (subjective norms), and IR (intention to behave with environmental responsibility). Results indicate that among students’ factors, PBC and SN have no significant effect on students’ IR; PBC affects students’ RBE positively, and students’ IR affects their RBE positively. The process used two computer applications which are Matlab for fuzzy analysis and the learning management system Moodle platform for online learning environment. Besides, considering the learner themselves by their self-directed learning readiness as the moderating variable in this study. To examine the learning strategies, we used aptitude treatment interaction for the learning model. Statistical analysis is used to examine the effect of this strategy and the students’ self-directed learning readiness on the learning outcomes. We found that students who are taught by online learning strategies based on fuzzy expert systems have better learning outcomes than students who are given traditional online learning strategies. One of the most effective ways of reaching and providing services to the Deaf and Speechless Peop... more One of the most effective ways of reaching and providing services to the Deaf and Speechless People of Naibonat Kupang (a member of PSBRW Efata Naibonat Kupang), is to provide non-formal education which is life skill that works to develop the potential of the assisted citizens House. The targets to be achieved from Science and Technology for Society (IbM) is the group of Disabled Deaf and Speakers can have the same ability as a normal society physically in operating Multimedia and Computer devices, especially in the field of graphic design with the ability to design and create a variety of creative works Which is much needed in the community, among others, the ability to design and create business cards, logos, posters, invitation cards, banners, and other graphic design. The type of output that will be generated through IbM program is a service in the form of multimedia and computer training that is utilization of graphic design program, graphic designing, editing, storage of editing result in file and storage media, and print result of design. Partners and Proposers have agreed on the need for multimedia and computer training that is more specific to the needs of the community, including the need for graphic design services, where partners can work in the community like other normal people. The implementer equips partners on multimedia and computer engineering in the form of graphic designing, utilization of computer program for graphic design, editing with computer, storage in a file, and printing of design result. Participants participate and jointly evaluate the results produced by implementers and partners. After the Training takes place, Partners are given the opportunity to demonstrate graphic design and editing techniques. Thus, Partners will be able to be independent in computer and multimedia techniques namely the making / design of this graphic.

Akan tetapi, Model ini memiliki sisi lain yang dapat merugikan bagi tutupan hutan karena berdampak pada lambatnya pertumbuhan biofisik hutan. Dampak negatif lainnya yakni pemilik ternak tidak mampu mengontrol dan memonitoring ternak yang dilepas di hutan sehingga banyak terjadi kasus pencurian, selain kondisi kesehatan ternak sapi yang tidak bisa termonitor. This study uses a digital camera to take pictures of Beef Cattle and do image processing to deter... more This study uses a digital camera to take pictures of Beef Cattle and do image processing to determine the physical size of the body of Beef cattle that looked. On the input image that captured by the camera will do the process of image segmentation to separate the image of beef cattle from the background and eliminates the other objects in the image that are nuisance. Furthermore, with computer vision made the process of identifying specific points of physical of Cattle that used to determine body weight (computational) of Beef Cattle automatically. Determining the weight of Timor's Beef cattle based on image, is presented by the physical characteristics of cattle that is looked: the body length and width of the chest of cattle, and compute cattle weight based on conversion formula that standardized and generally recognized. This Image analysis system is able to actualize the value of body length and width of chest from the pixel values shown in the image. The system has built two models namely Manual models and Maximum Expectations models. On manual models, the user can input a defining point of body length and width of chest in the image that appears on the computer system. In the maximum expectation, users no longer need to input these points but this image-based analysis system will do the computation automatically.

Weight physical of beef cattle obtainable by measuring the chest circumference and beef cattle bo... more Weight physical of beef cattle obtainable by measuring the chest circumference and beef cattle body length, and has linear relationship. Information technology area and computing method can be applicated to assist gives alternative of solution to the problems, by using image processing to know measurement physical of beef cattle body that is visible (chest wide, and body length). Beeef cattle image input (original image) in RGB format is filtered with median filter, then be segmentated with segmentation process by using spectral segmentation method. Segmentation process in this image processing is a part real important. Image result of this segmentation continued with post process to eliminate detection of edge which is not necessarily. Segmentation result image which has been done this filtering identified to get physical measure ( body length and chest wide). This identification process is an automatic vision system. Based on result of identification, hereinafter is done beef cattle weight computing process. Core in this article present technique to obtain body length and chest wide in set of length.
