У статті наведені результати дослідження формування дальнісних портретів у радіолокаційних систем... more У статті наведені результати дослідження формування дальнісних портретів у радіолокаційних системах побудови зображень. Запропоновано підхід до реконструкції дальнісного профілю. На основі введеного припущення про локальну інваріантність функції розсіювальної точки показано можливість ефективної реконструкції функції розсіюючої здатності з прийнятого радіо-локаційною системою сигналу. The investigation results of the processes of range portrait formation in radar imaging systems are presented in the paper. The approach for reconstruction of the range profile was proposed. The efficient restoration possibility of scattered ability from received signals by radar was presented taking into account of the assumption about local invariance of system function.

На первом этапе решена задача синтеза геометрии антенной решетки, на втором — обработка изображений нелинейным методом с ограничениями. Проведено имитационное моделирование процесса формирования и восстановления изображений в радиометрической системе.

Existing optimal sequences used for construction of antenna arrays have restrictions in size and this is a problem for building antenna arrays with custom size. In the paper the approach of sparse antenna arrays synthesis with custom size based is proposed. Proposed approach is based on combining of smaller optimal or quasi-optimal sequences to get custom sized sparse antenna arrays with quasi-optimal spatial characteristics.

Untuk mendukung pencapaian produksi pangan nasional, Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Pekerjaan Umu... more Untuk mendukung pencapaian produksi pangan nasional, Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat menyediakan anggaran yang cukup besar untuk keperluan pembangunan dan rehabilitasi infrastruktur jaringan irigasi. Pembangunan dan rehabilitasi infrastruktur jaringan irigasi diharapkan memiliki kinerja yang baik sesuai dengan sasaran dan tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Sebagai pendukung evaluasi dari kinerja proyek-proyek tersebut diperlukan sebuah sistem pengukuran kinerja yang memiliki indikator-indikator yang lebih baik terintegrasi dan mengakomodir kepuasan dan kontribusi semua pihak yang terlibat di dalamnya. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode performance prism (prisma kinerja) yaitu suatu metode yang terintegrasi dan mengakomodasi keinginan dan kontribusi pihak-pihak yang terlibat pada proyek infrastruktur jaringan irigasi yaitu Kementerian PUPR sebagai Pengguna Jasa, Kontraktor, Konsultan Perencana, Konsultan Pengawas, Auditor, Petani dan Pemerintah Daerah ke dalam bentuk objective (tujuan bersama). Perumusan objective dilakukan dengan pengolahan data yang diperoleh dengan cara wawancara dan diskusi dengan pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan proyek. Kemudian dilakukan analisa strategi, proses dan kapabilitas dari pihak pengelola proyek (pengguna jasa, kontraktor dan konsultan) sebagai pelaksana teknis dan pelaksana anggaran proyek-proyek tersebut sehingga didapatkan indikator-indikator kinerja proyek. Pada penelitian ini dihasilkan 15 bentuk objective yang fokus pada penggunaan anggaran, perencanaan proyek, proses pengadaan barang dan jasa (pelelangan), pelaksanaan konstruksi, kualitas dan kuantitas pekerjaan, kemampuan pengelolaan sumber daya, hasil konstruksi, keselamatan dan kesejahteraan, hubungan dan pelayanan, penanganan masalah, pengawasan proyek, laporan dan administrasi proyek, pemeliharaan konstruksi, proses pembayaran pekerjaan, dan manfaat proyek. Dari 15 objective tersebut dihasilkan indikator kinerja proyek yang dikelompokkan berdasarkan waktu pengukuran indikator, yaitu indikator tahap perencanaan dan pelelangan proyek, indikator tahap pelaksanaan proyek, dan indikator tahap pemeliharaan proyek. The method of increasing the object detection probability by system of multispectral monitoring i... more The method of increasing the object detection probability by system of multispectral monitoring is developed. The functioning of the multispectral monitoring system with proposed method of movable images fusion is investigated. Fusion of information from visible and infrared channels of the monitoring system by the developed method of data fusion and detection of moving objects on the fused video signal by developed algorithm of motion detection were carried out. The results of experiments confirm that the probability of detection increases, recognition and identification of moving objects by the multispectral monitoring system are achieved due to improved informativeness of formed image with the developed method.

Pembangunan dan rehabilitasi infrastruktur jaringan irigasi diharapkan memiliki kinerja yang baik sesuai dengan sasaran dan tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Sebagai pendukung evaluasi dari kinerja proyek-proyek tersebut diperlukan sebuah sistem pengukuran kinerja yang memiliki indikator-indikator yang lebih baik terintegrasi dan mengakomodir kepuasan dan kontribusi semua pihak yang terlibat di dalamnya.
