This paper aims to compare the methodology of tafsir ‘ilmi and I'jaz ilmi on verses related t... more This paper aims to compare the methodology of tafsir ‘ilmi and I'jaz ilmi on verses related to pure science. Pure science calcification includes natural sciences such as physics, biology, chemistry, mathematics. So the problem under study is the pure sciences or what is known as pure science in two discourses; discourse tafsir ‘ilmi and discourse I'jaz ilmi. From the results of the study, it was found that there was a fundamental difference between the methodology of tafsir ‘ilmi and the methodology of I'jaz ilmi which resulted in two different conclusions. In the discourse of tafsir ‘ilmi research on science, the methodology starts from understanding the kauniyah verses related to science and then connected with science without ensuring the authenticity of the ilmiyah theory concluded so that the results of science studies in tafsir 'ilmi still need to be proven true. Beliau memang patut untuk menafsirkan Al-Qur’an ke dalam bahasa Indonesia dengan segala ilmu alat yang telah beliau kuasai. Mazhab yang dianutnya adalah madzhab salaf, yaitu madzhab Rasulullah Shallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam dan para sahabat dan ulama-ulama yang mengikuti jejak beliau dalam hal aqidah dan ibadah, semata-mata taslim artinya menyerah dengan tidak banyak tanya lagi, tetapi tidaklah semata-mata taklid terhadap pendapat manusia, melainkan meninjau mana yang lebih dekat kepada kebenaran untuk diikuti, dan meninggalkan mana yang jauh menyimpang meskipun penyimpangan yang jauh itu bukanlah atas suatu sengaja yang buruk dari yang mengeluarkan pendapat itu.

This study focuses on a doctrinal issue, which is: confirming the humanity of Isa (Jesus) –peace ... more This study focuses on a doctrinal issue, which is: confirming the humanity of Isa (Jesus) –peace and blessings upon him-, through revealing the method of the Qur’an in presenting the apparent Qur’anic proofs through a particular chapter, the research was titled: “The Qur’anic Proofs on the Humanity of Isa (Jesus) –peace and blessing upon him- Through Sūrah Āl-‘Imrān – An Analytical Study-”. The study contains a number of general and specific proofs on the monotheism of the Creator and an explanation of the reality of Isa (Jesus) –peace be upon him- through proofs and evidences that were mentioned in Sūrah Āl-‘Imrān, and quoting the most significant findings and the natural and logical proofs in conceptualizing this immutable issue among the Christians in particular.

The negative impact that arises from this phenomenon is the crisis of spirituality of modern society. This fact led to the importance of grounding the concepts of IQ, EQ, and SQ Qur'ani ulul albab as preventive solutions. The importance of the concepts of IQ, EQ, and SQ Qur'ani ulul albab, because all abilities arising from ulul albab can selectively integrate rationality and spirituality by operationalizing dhikr and thinking activities.

This study aims for a firm confrontation that posits concepts (life/world) that go beyond the Qur... more This study aims for a firm confrontation that posits concepts (life/world) that go beyond the Qur'an and concepts in worldly life, namely facing the plurality of ignorance that causes the decline of this people. The study takes an objective descriptive approach by examining the words of the world contained in the Qur'an, then collecting them, classifying them, presenting them, and analyzing them in both image and reality. This study proves that the essence of muamalah with the world requires a healthy mind and a clear heart of luxury and desire, not with an unconscious mind and a hard heart, and this is the purpose of this research and as a reminder to all of us.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى فهم كلام الله ﷻ في سورة المعارج فهما صحيحا، وإزالة الإشكالات، واستنباط الف... more تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى فهم كلام الله ﷻ في سورة المعارج فهما صحيحا، وإزالة الإشكالات، واستنباط الفوائد والحكم والأحكام منها، محاولة جمع شتات موضوعات السورة. إن هذه الدراسة تسلك المنهج الموضوعي، وذلك بتقصيت المعلومات من مصادرها الأصلية المعتمدة عند أهل الفن، ثم تفصيل بعض المسائل العلمية التي تحتاج إلى تفصيل وإيضاح. أثبتت هذه الدراسة أن سؤال الكافرين العذاب واستعجالهم به استبعادا لوقوعه وتكذيبا به وهو واقع من الله بهم لا محالة ولا دافع يدفعه عنهم، وشدة أهوال يوم القيامة وكرباته وانشغال كل قريب عن قريبه مع إبصار بعضهم بعضا، وضعف الإنسان أمام نوازع الشر والخير، غلا قوة له أمام ذلك إلا بالإيمان والقيام بمقتضاه، وأهم ذلك الصلاة، وغيرها من الصفات المذكورة.

Poligami dikaji dalam Al-Qur’an, khusunya pada Surat An-Nisâ ayat 3 dan 129, hadits Nabi Shalalla... more Poligami dikaji dalam Al-Qur’an, khusunya pada Surat An-Nisâ ayat 3 dan 129, hadits Nabi Shalallahu ‘Alaihi Wasallam, serta qudwah dari Nabi yang menikahi beberapa isteri. Dari dalil-dalil tersebut muncul tiga permasalahan terkait poligami, yaitu: Apa hukum poligami? Berapa wanita yang boleh dinikahi? Aan apa syarat-syarat poligami? Dari hasil istinbath terhadap dalil-dalil dipahami bahwa poligami hukumnya dibolehkan dengan pendekatan, Al-amri ba’da al-hazhri lil ibâhah. Dan jumlah maksimal wanita yang boleh dinikahi adalah empat wanita yang disimpulkan dari hadits Nabi yang memerintahkan para Shahabat menceraikan kelebihan dari empat isteri mereka. Adapun untuk syarat poligami, metode istinbath hukumnya dengan pendekatan, Asy-syarthu yu’atstsir fil hukmi ‘inda ‘adamihi. Menurut Ibnu Asyûr dalam kitabnya, disebutkan bahwa poligami mengandung kemaslahatan terhadap manusia.
