In systems management quality, communication is considered as one of the key success factors. Hen... more In systems management quality, communication is considered as one of the key success factors. Hence, the main objective of this investigation is to develop and apply a procedure or system of communication to improve quality delivery at CIGET, Holguin which will hopefully ensure that this organization will obtain the aval (required distension, or category) based on the NC ISO 9001:2015. This system of procedures is comprised of five phases or steps. Each phase has its own and unique number objectives as well as a number of activities aimed at improving the system as we apply these techniques. After piloting this system, it was able to diagnose the current situation within CIGET in terms of communication channels which affect the quality of delivering service. After the findings I was able to design a new strategy or plan of action to improve the previous.
