O avanço tecnológico permite que novos conteúdos sejam criados e disponibilizados via Web a cada ... more O avanço tecnológico permite que novos conteúdos sejam criados e disponibilizados via Web a cada minuto, propiciando grande avanço em diversas áreas. Entretanto, essa disponibilidade também aponta desvantagens no âmbito Educacional. Destaca-se que o excesso de materiais ofertados dificultam o processo de ensino-aprendizagem devido ao demasiado tempo utilizado em busca de conteúdos que atendam às necessidades dos usuários. Nesse sentido, novos métodos para identificar conteúdos educacionais, em vídeos, por exemplo, precisam ser desenvolvidos. Percebe-se, sob essa perspectiva, diferenças significativas nos comentários fornecidos por usuários em vídeos educacionais, indicando assim, potencial para que estes sejam utilizados para a seleção de vídeos educativos. O desenvolvimento curricular que se baseia em dados factuaisé uma maneira que busca garantir mais assertividade no (re)desenho curricular. Esta tarefa pode ser realizada através do Balanceamento de Currículo Acadêmico e/ou por meio do Curricular Analytics. Este artigo apresenta a primeira Revisão Sistemática da Literatura sobre o tema. Os resultados mostram uma ascensão dos estudos com abordagens e métodos diversos, porém ainda tímida e com baixo emprego ou disponibilização de ferramentas que apoiem os processos de tomadas de decisão.

This study analyzes the network evolution, specifically that of the Brazilian film network. It ex... more This study analyzes the network evolution, specifically that of the Brazilian film network. It examines two generative mechanisms that lie behind the network evolution: preferential attachment and fitness. The starting point is that preferential attachment and fitness may compete to shape the network evolution. We built a novel dataset with 974 Brazilian feature films released between 1995 and 2017 and used PAFit, a brand-new statistical method, to estimate the joint effects of preferential attachment and fitness on the evolution of the Brazilian film network. This study concludes that the network evolution is shaped by both preferential attachment and fitness. However, in the presence of fitness, the effects of preferential attachment on the network evolution become weaker. This means that the node ability to form ties in the Brazilian film network is mainly explained by its fitness. Besides, the preferential attachment assumes a sub-linear form. Este ar tigo descreve a exper iência de estudantes de graduação em Enfermagem no programa "Vivênc... more Este ar tigo descreve a exper iência de estudantes de graduação em Enfermagem no programa "Vivências e Estágios na Realidade do Sistema Único de Saúde" (VER-SUS), versão 2016.1, que ocorreu em Natal (RN), e sua abordagem às temáticas gênero, feminismo e população de lésbicas, gays, bissexuais, travestis, transexuais e transgêneros (LGBT). Trata-se de um relato de exper iência descr ito pelos estudantes por meio de um por tfólio entregue ao f inal das vivências, como forma de comprovar a par ticipação e obter a cer tif icação do programa. No decorrer de toda a vivência, os estudantes se depararam com os mais diferentes cenár ios e realidades da saúde brasileira no que tange ao Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), como as unidades básicas de saúde (UBS) e sua organização. Esse contato possibilitou a obser vação do desconhecimento dos estudantes sobre o SUS e sua organização, bem como acerca das temáticas gênero, feminismo e população LGBT. O VERSUS constitui um impor tante dispositivo que possibilita aos estudantes par ticipantes adentrar um espaço diversif icado de aprendizagem e vivências relacionadas a seu futuro cotidiano de trabalho. Assim sugere-se a continuação e divulgação desse programa, que proporciona capacitação em diversas temáticas no que se refere a atenção à saúde e organização do sistema de saúde brasileiro.

However, the excess of available materials makes its selection very tiring and frustrating. In order to overcome this difficulty Learning Objects are used during technology learning. The online video-sharing platform YouTube offers several Learning Objects and has more than 2 billion monthly accesses, being widely used for learning purposes. This work presents an analysis of the search engine for educational content videos from YouTube. Results point out that, for educational content, the categorization provided by the platform is generally not assertive.

The observation of the structure of relationships between researchers in a scientific field allows us to understand how this knowledge is built and disseminated. The analysis of social networks makes it possible to examine the set of relationships between researchers in a given field or research area through shared scientific production. Knowledge of the structure and evolution of this network can be strategic for the agents inserted in this field, not only researchers, but also institutions and research programs. Este trabalho propõe um novo modelo para o Problema de Cobertura de Conjunto utilizado no process... more Este trabalho propõe um novo modelo para o Problema de Cobertura de Conjunto utilizado no processo de recomendação de objetos de aprendizagem. Cada objeto traz um conjunto de conceitos e, para evitar uma sobrecarga cognitiva do aprendiz, é necessário atentar-se para as repetições desses conceitos. Assim, a modelagem proposta consiste na seleção de um conjunto de objetos com menor custo e menor repetição de conceitos. Para solucionar o problema foi utilizado um algoritmo genético associado à um sistema de recomendação de objetos integrado à API do YouTube. Os resultados dos experimentos demonstram que a abordagem proposta se mostra promissora, possibilitando uma recomendação eficiente de vídeos que atenda `as requisições do usuário.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) plays an important role in digital games nowadays. With players beco... more Artificial Intelligence (AI) plays an important role in digital games nowadays. With players becoming increasingly demanding, it is vital to provide an AI that challenges and entertains them. The use of Adaptive Artificial Intelligence (AAI) has shown potential to adapt to each player by learning their techniques and offering a consistent challenge. This research consists on the analysis of an AAI technique known as Dynamic Scripting (DS) and in the development of a new algorithm (called Tactic Replacement) to improve it. Results show that, in comparison with the default DS algorithm, the proposed algorithm achieved a time reduction of ≈ 50% to achieve convergence. Also, it was able to reduce by 40% the average number of rounds to reach the convergence.

Learning styles are based on the characteristics came from birth, however the learning strategies are based on the learning forms earned and used after the birth. For this reason it has been expected that there is a relationship between learning styles and learning strategies. It has been occurred that there are many studies in some disciplines about this relationship, but there aren't any researches in Turkish education literature. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between learning styles and learning strategies of Turkish teacher candidates. Research has made on 256 students (1, 2, 3, and 4. class) studying in Karadeniz Technical University Fatih Education Faculty Turkish Education Department. Research's data for determining learning styles were collected with Kolb Learning Styles Scale (KLLS) and for learning strategies were collected with Learning Strategies Determining Scale (LSDS) developed by Ozdemir and Guven. Research were made with relational survey model. Data related to learning styles and learning strategies was stated with frequency and percentage. The relationship between learning styles and learning strategies was analyzed with One Way ANOVA in SPSS 16. At the end of the study it has been found that: 1) Students have learning styles in order of assimilator, converger, diverger, and accomadator. 2) And learning strategies are differentiated according to learning styles of students. These results have displayed similarity to the results of majority studies in literature. According to results of this study it has suggested that teacher candidates must be informed about their learning styles, and learning strategies related of them.

The purpose of this research is to identify and present what is being researched in performance prediction area using mining relationships and clustering. The work explored exhibit valuable fruit, which reinforce the importance of the search area, and point alternatives have not or little explored. As continuity of research, suggests the use of classification based on association rules in Virtual Learning Environments and the use of concept maps to represent the interactions in the forums.

ABSTRACT We present an adaption on the formulation for the vehicle routing problem with fixed del... more ABSTRACT We present an adaption on the formulation for the vehicle routing problem with fixed delivery and optional collections, in which the simultaneous minimization of route costs and of collection demands not fulfilled is considered. We also propose a multiobjective version of the iterated local search (MOILS). The performance of the MOILS is compared with the epsilon\epsilon epsilon -constrained ( PepsilonP_{\epsilon }Pepsilon ) ILS, the NSGA-II and the indicator-based multi-objective local search methods in the solution of 14 problem instances containing between 50 and 199 customers plus the depot. The results indicate that the MOILS outperformed the other approaches, obtaining significantly better average values for coverage, hypervolume and cardinality.
