It is revealed that among teenagers’ bullying system all types of roles are present: bullies, vic... more It is revealed that among teenagers’ bullying system all types of roles are present: bullies, victims, helpers, defenders and observers. Significant differences have been identified in the structural and functional components of bullying among teenagers in secondary schools and Judokas. The results of the intergroup analysis showed that the number of victims and helpers among teenagers studying in secondary schools is significantly higher than among teenagers training judo. The results of the comparative analysis provide us the exact information that judo has a key role as a bullying prevention among teenagers. Based on the research results it is proposed to include judo as an alternative to physical education in secondary schools or to include judo technical elements in the program of physical education.

Considering the possible adverse impact of COVID-19 on gestation, it is necessary to update information on the course, prevention, and treatment of the disease in this group of patients. The article includes data from foreign and domestic studies published recently on COVID-19, describing the emergence of new strains of the virus and gestational changes that increase the risk of infection and severe complications, demonstrating the importance of preventive measures. The information provided will contribute to the physicians' awareness, including obstetricians and gynecologists, of COVID-19.

The high contagiousness and susceptibility of a pregnant woman's body to a new coronavirus infection requires study not only of etiopathogenesis, but also of developing methods to prevent the development of this disease. Aim. To evaluate the preventive effectiveness of the use of a drug containing recombinant interferon alfa-2b (IFN-a2b) and an antioxidant complex in pregnant women during their stay in the family focus of a new coronavirus infection. Materials and methods. 75 pregnant women were under observation, in whose family there were patients infected with the virus that causes a new coronavirus infection. Treatment of sick relatives was carried out at home, as the disease in them proceeded in an uncomplicated form. On February 11, 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) gave the official name for the disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus COVID-19 (Coronavirus disease 2019), and on March 11, 2020, the Director-General (WHO) stated that the world the community is facing a new pandemic. To compile an algorithm for managing patients during the menopausal transition with a relapse of abnormal uterine bleeding associated with benign proliferative changes in the endometrium and evaluate its outcomes. Materials and methods. The observation of 150 patients aged 45–55 years who had recurrence of abnormal uterine bleeding due to benign proliferative changes of the endometrium. All patients underwent hysteroresectoscopic ablation of the endometrium according to the monopolar coagulation-vaporization technique using Olympus equipment (Japan). The patients were divided into two groups. One group was formed by 98 women who, before hysteroscopic ablation of the endometrium, received hormonal preparations for 1–4 months, with the help of which suppressive changes in the uterine mucosa up to 3–4 mm were achieved. The aim of the study was to identify the role of development level of anticipatory competence of coaches in their professional competence evaluation and perception by athletes. Thousands of soldiers participated in the Artsakh war of 2020 represent a large focus area for do... more Thousands of soldiers participated in the Artsakh war of 2020 represent a large focus area for doctors and psychologists. For this purpose, groups of volunteer psychologists were created in many hospitals of Armenia․ They expressed readiness to provide psychological support to the soldiers and their families and stay engaged in those activites until now. The research purpose and issues have mostly centered on the organization of psychological support and prevention of post-traumatic stress disorder for soldiers with severe injuries.

The assessments of the factors of sports motivation and demotivation given by athletes and coache... more The assessments of the factors of sports motivation and demotivation given by athletes and coaches differ: the coaches state, that external motivation and causes of demotivation are important, while the athletes highlight the content of the activity, internal motivation, the possibility of self-improvement and self-realization. Thus it suggests that coaches do not have a clear idea of the motivation of athletes in sports activities. The reasons for demotivation are not a change of the coach, inability to continue training, bad habits, injuries, but the lack of other motivational factors, like loss of self-confidence,disappointment, no prospects for professional and personal growth, etc. The results can serve as basis fordeveloping psychological competence of coaches.
