Aim of this work is to verify the efficacy od the KEGEL procedure used in the micturiation urge d... more Aim of this work is to verify the efficacy od the KEGEL procedure used in the micturiation urge disfunction and the contribute that this can provide in reducing-avoiding pharmacological therapy. This approch can be useful to reduce healthcare costs (direct and indirect) and in order to increase the patints quality of life. The social implication are relevant. The complexity in physiology and pathology in this condition need an adeguate treatement : Not only pharmacological approach or physiotherapic but also psycological and of lifestyle modification. This multidisciplinar approach can produce global benefit. The more severe cases are not considered in this work because required treatement like Botulin toxin injection or surgery procedure.

enteric release.
This information are useful in galenic field in order to choose the best veicle (for oral suspension or
solution ) and the right kind of capsules ( normal or with gastroresistance ).
In this article not all molecules are analyzed , only submitted significative example.
Some formulation are reported that require specific PH or enteric release or based on lightly water soluble API.
Various charcteristics of some commercial product ( veicle for oral suspension) are reported only to show the composition and the
rationale of their use : the reason to use one veicle for ph 4 or for buffered at ph 7-8 or and related the capsules : use of normal or
AR or treated for gastroresistence - enteric coating.
The chemico-phisical properties of the active principle are crucial to choose the right veicle for oral suspension or the kind of capsules
( gastroresistence or not ) .
Fundamental for this approach the physiology of the Ph variation along the GI apparatus .

Soft tissue sarcomas are uncommon tumors that represent 1% of all malignancies and are classified as malignant entities. The wide variety of tumor types and pathological overlap across the tumor entities make the diagnosis of soft tissue tumors difficult for pathologists. With the advancement of molecular genetic tools, our understanding of the molecular pathogenesis of soft tissue tumors has been significantly important in diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis. The role of surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, target therapy, and immunotherapy are needed to identify patients who benefit from each type of treatment. This review aims to provide an update on recently described diagnostic methods and management of soft tissue sarcomas.

In particular way the kinds of excipients or bases-veicle used in the galenic pharmacy. The therapeutic need require a release of the API in delayed release. The Budesonide show low systemic impacts due by its hepatic methabolism vs a tocipal effect useful in this pathology. Some formulation provided by various pharmacy are reported as well as new technology like the 3D-PRINTING systems for colonic targeting tablets.

The same is true in commerce there are various producers that provide speci ic ready-for-use excipients to make more easier to prepare OS in the galenic laboratory. The aim of this work is to verify the advantages of this pharmaceutical form to cover pediatric dosages vs other forms and also to overcome shortcomings of some crucial registered drugs. In this work scienti ic literature is reported that also relates to some ready-for-use products as bases-vehicle for suspension and some formulations of interest.

Abstract Observing the today hospital practice in many countries and the international literature involved it is clear How clinical pharmacy is linked to galenic laboratory practice. Clinical pharmacy principle, PHARMACEUTICAL care, managerial competencies and personalized pharmacy added to the best knowledge and competencies in galenic laboratory make the difference in order to obtain the right final clinical results. The same in this work are submitted to international pharmacy practioner, directors and researchers the Normatives rules operating in an advanced country: the simplified NBP, an example that can be applied also in non-advanced nations. In Italy pharmacist can follow or the full NBP of the official pharmacopeia or the simplified according to DM Salute 18.11.2003. (related the kind of galenic formula if sterile or not) The NBP (good manufacturing rules) introduces a QUALITY SYSTEM MANAGEMENT. The full NBP are more used in more complex laboratory in example involved in specialistic products Like oncologic or radiopharmaceutical and others. The aim of these rules is to guarantee quality, security and efficacy of a drug prepared in galenic lab. This is based on responsibility principles, plan, documentation of all activity. (QUALITY SYSTEM OF INSURANCE) All phases of the preparation are the responsibility of the pharmacist. The final quality depends on the correct use of API and excipients, right calculations operation, right volume or weight operation, procedure following. Becasue today there is a great debate around graphene derivates peresence (or not) in vials of m R.N.A. VACCINE it is relevant to better clarify the production process as well and the materials used.

Various commercial products are reported here but it is not the scope of this work put in relation to any toxicological reaction: only to describe the techniques used in this field. Because various drugs and bioproduct need purification steps it if of interest to see some material science peculiarity. Are involved not only innovative vaccine but also protein and mabs and other. In this work various material science concepts are useful to better understand some impurity situations.
