Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor eksternal industri rumah tangga gula ... more Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor eksternal industri rumah tangga gula semut di desa Koreng Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan, Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor internal industri rumah tangga gula semut di desa Koreng Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan, Untuk mengetahui strategi promosi industri rumah tangga gula semut di Desa Koreng Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Metode analisis SWOT dilakukan dengan matriks IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) yang mendeskripsikan factor – factor kekuatan dan kelemahan perusahan dan matriks EFE (Eksternal Factor Evaluation) yang menguraikan factor – factor peluang dan ancaman perusahaan dan matriks IE (Internal External) yang menunjukkan posisi perusahaan saat ini. Dari hasil analisis IFE masing-masing factor kekuatan sebesar 2,604543 dan nilai skor kelemahan sebesar -0,35459 selisih kedua total skor antara kekuatan dan kelemahan sebesar 2,959133 menjadi titik pada sumbu X. The product of smoked fish commonly called "Ikang Cakalang Fufu" is a primer product of... more The product of smoked fish commonly called "Ikang Cakalang Fufu" is a primer product of North Sulawesi Province that has a distinctive characteristic and becomes one of the food products known by the people of Indonesia. The selling price of smoked fish products is very expensive compared to the unprocessed fish. This is caused by the processing of smoked fish that traditionally due to use the large of space and time consumed. Consequently, production cost becomes too high. This is a descriptive study with entrepreneurs who have smoked fish business. We analyzed the existing SMEs of Lastari and Laiya business and implemented a business model and green technology for the production process. The restaurant industry in Indonesia has experienced very rapid growth in recent years. Restauran... more The restaurant industry in Indonesia has experienced very rapid growth in recent years. Restaurants are increasingly aware of the need to market, develop and promote the restaurant industry as part of tourism products. Currently, in North Sulawesi, the internal marketing brand has not been well developed. The results of the 2016 study showed that training and development in restaurants were still low. Also, employees who work in restaurants only pay attention to their task areas and are not customer oriented. This has an impact on internal marketing brands that have not been maximized. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the meaning of "internal marketing" according to managers/owners and employees and to analyze the meaning of the relationship "internal marketing" with "brand" restaurants in North Sulawesi according to managers/owners and employees. Quantitative research methods will be used with PLS analysis tools to analyze data. The perception of 181 respondents from the questionnaire obtained the results of the study of the meaning of "internal marketing" according to employees that employees are needed in channeling brand value and employees are internal customers who direct internal brands.
