There is an increasing need to source for pharmacological and medicinal materials from plant source. We aimed to study the possible coagulation effect of Datura flower extract and methanol extracts in vitro anticoagulant activity by using blood samples of poultry bird. In vitro coagulation effects of Datura extract in different concentrations 100, 125 and 250 microliter were examined in the blood samples of poultry bird by measuring prothrombin time (PT). The both extracts were found to inhibit coagulation process and significantly prolonged prothrombin time in a dose-dependent manner. The principle involved in this extracts in different concentrations inhibits clot formation and increases prothrombin time. This also subject to further studies on efficacy and safety, it can well be used, in the future, as a supplementary anticoagulant agent in cardio problems.

A simple, precise and sensitive thin layer chromatographic experiment (TLC) had been carried out ... more A simple, precise and sensitive thin layer chromatographic experiment (TLC) had been carried out for qualitative determination of paracetamol and aspirin in pure also in pharmaceutical dosage form. The experiment was carried out using two different solvent systems used as mobile phase with the determination of Rf value. The experimented Rf value were then validated with different statistical parameters like Precision, Robustness and linearity. The proposed method was found to be precised with a single set of solvent system for pure products. Also with that solvent system it was evident that if a single fraction of that mobile phase was changed in terms of concentration still the method gave robust result. Also the method shows linearity with that solvent system after experimented with a single fraction of solvent of that solvent system. So this method can be followed with that solvent system for the drug paracetamol and aspirin which shall show satisfactory result.

Antimicrobial activities of chloroform and alcoholic extracts of neem bark were used. Varying concentration of each extracts 1250 mg/ml, 625 mg/ml, 312mg/ml, 156mg/ml were prepared by using disc diffusion method. When compared with cefpodoxime 500mg the chloroform and ethanol extract shows maximum inhibition on the microorganisms in ascending order.

It is used for the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease, endocarditic, dracunculiasis, giardiasis, trichomoniasis, amebiasis, and most important in bacterial vaginitis. According to World Health Organisation's list of essential medicines metronidazole is most effective and safe medicine for human health system with few common side effects such as nausea, metallic taste, loss of appetite and headaches when taken it orally (Yellanki et al., 2010). An attempt has been made, in the present work, to develop antibacterial gels of Metronidazole, using a bland of

There is an increasing need to source for pharmacological and medicinal materials from plant source. The present study comprises the possible coagulation effect of Acalypha leaf chloroform and methanol extract having in vitro coagulant activity by using blood samples of poultry bird. In vitro coagulation effect of Acalypha leaf extract in different concentrations were examined in the blood samples of poultry bird by measuring Prothrombin Time (PT) in respect of the standard drug. The extracts were found to have coagulation activity and significantly prothrombin time in a dose-dependent manner. The principle involved in this extract is in different concentrations for the clot formation and decrease prothrombin time. This is also a subject for further studies on efficacy and safety, it also can be used in the future as a s...

The Material and Methods: process has been conducted by simple titrimetric method by taking four 200 ml BOD bottles (two for sample & two for blank) and analysed two different intervals in the gap between five days. The total process was repeated for four times times, one for near water & another for far water. Far water BOD value came less than near water BOD Results: value as the experiment have been performed. So it can be concluded that far water system in more Conclusion: compatible for aquatic life.
