This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and brand trust on consumer loyalty. This ... more This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and brand trust on consumer loyalty. This type of research is quantitative research. This research method uses multiple regression analysis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, sampling techniques using a purposive sampling technique. The population in this study were domestic passengers of PT Citilink Indonesia Denpasar Branch Office in the last five years. The sample used the slovin formula with 100 respondents. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, the variable brand image and brand trust significantly affected consumer loyalty. The brand image formed by Citilink airline can provide a good perception to consumers and the existing efforts in building brand trust in consumers through fulfilling the needs desired by Citilink airline consumers. PT. Citilink is expected to improve its brand image further and maintain and increase the confidence of existing brands by always providing the flight services...

The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on the world of tourism due to restrictions on travel activit... more The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on the world of tourism due to restrictions on travel activities, resulting in the emergence of alternative virtual travel activities. Virtual tour activities are actually not new, but more popular during the covid-19 pandemic. As a new activity for travel industry needs, it’s need to do basic research for the for marketing activities in the future to be monetize by looking at the quality of service, level of satisfaction, and interest of millennial generation to buy this service. By using cross-tabulation method and descriptive analysis techniques the findings of this study that the quality of good service is in line with the level of satisfaction and interest of millennials to buy virtual tour activities in the future with a range of rp.10.000- Rp .50.000 in each activity. More research is needed to find out the right strategy in marketing virtual tour activities

Sejak akhir tahun 2019 dunia dilanda pandemi Covid-19 yang mengakibatkan perubahan terhadap kehid... more Sejak akhir tahun 2019 dunia dilanda pandemi Covid-19 yang mengakibatkan perubahan terhadap kehidupan termasuk dunia pariwisata lebih khusus pada sector MICE dan event. Sektor MICE dan Event beradaptasi terhadap perubahan tersebut salah satunya dengan mengadakan virtual event. Virtual event semasa pandemic cukup berkembang dari webinar, conference, hingga performaces. Virtual event merupakan sesuatu hal yang baru dan perlu dianalisa mendalam, dalam penelitian ini virtual event dianalisis dari sudut pasarnya. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian survey, dengan menyebarkan kuesioner daring pada 100 orang, ditemukan bahwa virtual event masih memiliki peluang untuk dapat terus diproduksi di masa yang akan datang dengan masih tingginya minat masyarakat untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan virtual event walaupun terdapat berbagai kendala dalam pelaksanaannya seperti durasi yang terlalu lama, monoton, dan waktu tayang yang tidak tepat

The Bali Tourism Polytechnic has an annual agenda for campus introduction activities called the T... more The Bali Tourism Polytechnic has an annual agenda for campus introduction activities called the Tour De Campus in a series of Basic Professional Attitude Development activities, but in 2020 these activities cannot be carried out directly on campus. With limited resources and considered important, a Virtual Tour was created to replace these activities. The method used in writing this article is descriptive method from the results of designing activities that are carried out and directly observed. The stages of this descriptive research method are Problem Analysis, Activity Design and Design, and Implementation. Most of the results of the evaluation of the virtual tour activities were satisfied with the activities carried out. This activity can be carried out again in the future by increasing the use of technology to make it more attractive and can be duplicated by schools / campuses / other institutions that have technological limitations.

The results of the research “Zero Point” of Denpasar City is a spot that can lift the impression of unique and different from the existing tour packages Denpasar Heritage City Tour as the starting point of departure and can be developed into a new tour package namely Denpasar Historical Track presented with the method "storytelling "which using the story of Denpasar City.
