Ketika masyrakat menyadari bahwa kekuasaan setiap individu perlu dikontrol oleh hukum maka hak dan berkewajiban tidak ditentukan oleh yang berkuasa, melainkan oleh yang diakui bersama suatu kebenaran. Jejak kekerasan dalam hukum selalu terlupakan oleh perjalanan waktu dan tersembunyikan oleh berbagai fiksi tentang moralitas penegakan hukum. Akibatnya, kita sering tidak mengenali lagi kekerasan yang diproduksi oleh berbagai produk hukum dan menganggapnya sebagai sebuah hal yang wajar, bahkan tidak jarang menganggapnya sebagai sebuah hal yang wajar, bahkan tidak jarang mengagnggapnya sebagai keharusan moral dalam kehidupan masyarakat di Indonesia. The use of air conditioning affects energy consumption. Thermal load is a big factor that affects... more The use of air conditioning affects energy consumption. Thermal load is a big factor that affects energy consumption by air conditioners. For this reason, the thermal load of a room needs to be reduced. One strategy to reduce the room's thermal load is the use of phase change materials (PCM). Coconut oil is a PCM that has a freezing temperature in the range of 21.30 – 21.73 oC which will be investigated in this study. The test was carried out with three room models; without PCM, with PCM partition, and PCM partitioned with night air. Each room model carried out 3 variations of air temperature, as well as 4 variations of the heater. The results showed that the use of coconut oil PCM as a room partition can help reduce the room temperature to 2oC below the AC temperature with a decrease in the use of electrical energy reaching 400 Watts. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah konsumen dalam mencari letak dimana barang yang mereka beli berada. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif, yaitu mengumpulkan informasi mengenai gejala yang ada pada saat penelitian di lakukan . Adapun perangkat lunak pendukung yang penulis gunakan adalah Microsoft Visual Basic.Net dan Microsoft Acces sebagai sistem databasenya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dari rata rata item berpasangan barang yang dihasilkan dalam aplikasi ini, akan mempermudah bagi dan konsumen dalam mencari barang yang akan dibeli dan dapat menjadi salah satu solusi yang dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah pengolahan tata letak rak barang.

Stem cell studies have progressed significantly in the last decades. Similarly, stem cell therapi... more Stem cell studies have progressed significantly in the last decades. Similarly, stem cell therapies have also been applied in clinical settings, includingthe spine. However, stem cells' delivery to the spinal region requires delicate procedures, demanding reliable introducers in addition to the surgeons' psychomotor skills. The introducer is a tubular sleeve to guide a syringe needle to deliver and draw fluids into and from the body, respectively. To date, there is no introducer dedicated to spinal stem cell deliveries. Our group proposed a dedicated introducer for spinal stem cell therapies, which consists of a needle and a hub (a base part of an introducer for gripping and handling). We focused onthe weighting property method (WPM) to select four polymer candidates for the hub:polystyrene, polycarbonate, polypropylene, and polyethylene. Prior to WPM, the mechanical integrity of the hub candidates was analyzed using the finite element method to determine the von Mises Stress (vMS) values. Accordingly, the vMS for each case and the material was compared with the respective tensile strength (TS), thereby vMS:TS ratio (MTR).MTR was included as one of the properties in WPM, in addition to prices, critical radiation doses, hardness, water absorption, and isopropyl alcohol resistance.According to the WPM calculation, polycarbonate received the highest score, thereby recommended for further introducer fabrications.

Penelitian dilakukan di tambak intensif di Desa Mariorennu, Kecamatan Gantarang, dan tambak tradisional di Desa Manjalling, Kecamatan Ujung Loe, Kabupaten Bulukumba, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dan Balai Penelitian dan Pengembangan Mutu Hasil Perikanan Makassar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan eksprimen dengan metoda Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan perlakuan lama penyimpanan 0, 2 , 4 , 6 dan 8 hari didalam cold box dengan suhu 0℃. Analisa data dilakukan dengan Anova, dan bila berbeda nyata dilanjutkan dengan Uji Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ). On the other biomass is an alternative energy source that is abundant, including empty bunches of oil palm (TKKS), but has poor combustion properties compared to coal when burned directly. Chronic and acute wounds interfere with personal aesthetics and appearance. Regarding the problem... more Chronic and acute wounds interfere with personal aesthetics and appearance. Regarding the problematics, researchers enhance the functionalities of wound dressings. One of the enhancement approaches is using 3D printing technology. The use of 3D printing has enabled many types of wound dressings, including biodegradable multi-material, cell-laden, and drug-eluting wound dressings. The use of 3D printing even allows for a wound dressing with a 3D construct, facilitating the wound dressing placement at the wound bed. Unfortunately, the 3D printed wound dressing technology has never been reviewed, to the extent of our knowledge. In this report, we aim to reflect on the recent advances in 3D printed wound dressings. Reports regarding the 3D printed wound dressing were collected from the Google Scholar database. The search was limited from 2015 to 2020 with a logic search: “3D printed” AND “wound dressing,” which words can be found in the entire article. Irrelevant reports were excluded manually, thereby resulting in the 24 selected articles. The selected articles were subsequently reviewed in terms of the materials-efficacy analysis and 3D printing mechanism. The extracted information from all articles concluded that alginate is the most used material for 3D printed wound dressing, while the most used 3D printing mechanism is the pneumatic FDM. In terms of efficacy, wound dressings presented an antimicrobial performance against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, as well as biocompatibility to epidermis and dermis cells.

Penelitian dilakukan di tambak intensif di Desa Mariorennu, Kecamatan Gantarang, dan tambak tradisional di Desa Manjalling, Kecamatan Ujung Loe, Kabupaten Bulukumba, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dan Balai Penelitian dan Pengembangan Mutu Hasil Perikanan Makassar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan eksprimen dengan metoda Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan perlakuan lama penyimpanan 0, 2 , 4 , 6 dan 8 hari didalam cold box dengan suhu 0℃. Analisa data dilakukan dengan Anova, dan bila berbeda nyata dilanjutkan dengan Uji Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ). The result of this research is there are mathematics elements (ethnomathematics) in Pendem Temple, they are : the rectangle concept,right triangle, circle, reflection, and solid geometry. Regarding the problematics, researchers enhance the functionalities of wound dressings. One of the enhancement approaches is using 3D printing technology. The use of 3D printing has enabled many types of wound dressings, including biodegradable multi-material, cell-laden, and drug-eluting wound dressings. The use of 3D printing even allows for a wound dressing with a 3D construct, facilitating the wound dressing placement at the wound bed. Unfortunately, the 3D printed wound dressing technology has never been reviewed, to the extent of our knowledge. In this report, we aim to reflect on the recent advances in 3D printed wound dressings. Reports regarding the 3D printed wound dressing were collected from the Google Scholar database. The search was limited from 2015 to 2020 with a logic search: “3D printed” AND “wound dressing,” which words can be found in the entire article. Irrelevant reports were excluded manually, thereby resulting in the 24 selected articles. The selected articles were subsequently reviewed in terms of the materials-efficacy analysis and 3D printing mechanism. The extracted information from all articles concluded that alginate is the most used material for 3D printed wound dressing, while the most used 3D printing mechanism is the pneumatic FDM. In terms of efficacy, wound dressings presented an antimicrobial performance against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, as well as biocompatibility to epidermis and dermis cells.
