One of the main key in creating professional human resource lies in the recruitment process, workforce selection and training. Finding a professional and qualified workforce is not easy and a must in an organization or university in screening new employees or lecturers. Therefore we need a system for organizations and universities to be able to get the right people, qualified and placed according to their abilities. This research was conducted using quantitative descriptive research methods and data collection methods in the form of questionnaires and using Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS). Penyakit ini bisa menyerang berbagai usia. Proses pengembangan sistem pakar ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan mesin inferensi backward chaining dimana proses pencarian dimulai dari fakta-fakta untuk selanjutnya menuju pada suatu konklusi. Selain berfungsi untuk meringankan kerja dokter, sistem pakar yang dikembangkan juga akan sangat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat umum dalam mengakses informasi tentang penyakit THT berupa diagnosa dan terapinya. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini akan membantu para pengguna maupun dokter THT dalam melakukan pelayanan dan akses informasi terkait diagnosa penyakit THT.

A non-invasive method using electrocardiogram (ECG) is a good choice in monitoring and identifyin... more A non-invasive method using electrocardiogram (ECG) is a good choice in monitoring and identifying heart condition of a subject. P wave, T wave, and QRS complex represent activity in a certain part of a heart, respectively. Each of the aforementioned wave features has its own characteristics. This makes an extraction process of ECG signals difficult. In this study, the Hamilton Algorithm, which is generally used to detect QRS complex, is modified so that it can detect P and T waves. The experiment results show that the performance in T wave detection is acceptable, with an average of 87.21% over 3 simulated conditions. For the case of P wave detection, improvement to the method is required, since only 52.24% of the P waves are detected at the same simulated conditions.

Namun sampai saat ini masih banyak Kampus atau Perguruan Tinggi yang menggunakan sistem konvensional dalam kegiatan Penelitian dan Pengabdian. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diatas dibutuhkan Sistem Pencatatan Kegiatan Penelitian Pengabdian Masyarakat. Sistem yang dirancang menggunakan Model Prototype. Dengan adanya sistem ini akan mempermudah proses atau kegiatan pelaksanaan penelitian di Perguruan Tinggi dan Universitas. Hasil persentase pada web yang dirancang yaitu penilaian desain kinerja diperoleh 89%, tampilan desain pada sistem persentase 90% , pengolahan data pada sistem 80%, keamanan data 85% dan desain tampilan 95% Sehingga dinyatakan layak sebagai sistem pencatatan kegiatan penelitian berbasis web.

To connect Samosir Island with other areas outside the Samosir Island, a ferry is needed. However, at every peak holiday season the queue of vehicles to and from Samosir Island is very high. This study aims to design and develop an Android-based queue application that can be downloaded at every smartphone application store. By using the built-in application, passengers can order tickets online so there will be no need to queue. Passengers only need to go to the counter until when the queue number is available. Simulation results show that passengers only need an average waiting time of less than one hour compared to conventional about more than 12 hours.

In this study produce a tool to detect the maximum speed of vehicles on the highway with an infrared sensor based on raspberry pi 3 b + by using Python Software with physics methods. The tool will store the data (image) when the vehicle speed exceeds the specified limits, store data in the form of vehicle speed, the date and time the vehicle is violating in real time, for testing the maximum vehicle limits of 45 km / hour the tool works well and the resulting vehicle photos are clear. The main goal of the paper is to help people with severe motor disabilities (i.e., spinal cord injuries) and to provide them with a new way of communication and control options. In this paper, offline analysis of the data collected is used to make the user able of controlling the movement of the electronic wheelchair. The data are collected during a session in which four subjects with age about 25±1 years were tested. The adaptivenetwork based fuzzy inference system algorithm is then applied for the classification method with some parameters. In the offline analysis, the implemented method shows a significant performance in the classification accuracy level and it gives an accuracy level of more than 90%. In particular, electrocardiogram (ECG) is a recording of the heart's electrical activity by capturing a tracingof cardiac electrical impulse as it moves from the atrium to the ventricles. The applied algorithm is to evaluate and analyze ECG signals for abnormalities detection based on P, Q, R and S peaks. In the first phase, the real-time ECG data is acquired and pre-processed. In the second phase, the procured ECG signal is subjected to feature extraction process. The extracted features detect abnormal peaks present in the waveform. Thus the normal and abnormal ECG signal could be differentiated based on the features extracted.

Sinyal yang telah terekam tersebut seringkali masih mengandung berbagai kontaminasi sinyal yang disebut Artefak. Diantaranya adalah pengaruh aktifitas otot bola mata yang disebut sebagai artefak EOG (Electrooculography) yang menjadi masalah dalam menginterpretasi sinyal EEG tersebut. Pada paper ini diajukan metode menggunakan Filter FIR dan Wavelet Transform. Dengan metode tersebut diharapkan hasil dari eksperimen nantinya menunjukkan bahwa artefak dari EOG pada sinyal EEG dapat berkurang seminimal mungkin.

QRS Detection with zero crossing calculation is one method that can precisely determine peak R of QRS wave as part of arrhythmia detection. In this paper, two experimental scheme (2 minutes duration with different activities: relaxed and, typing) were conducted. From the two experiments it were obtained: accuracy, sensitivity, and positive predictivity about 100% each for the first experiment and about 79%, 93%, 83% for the second experiment, respectively. Furthermore, the feature set of MIT-BIH arrhythmia using the support vector machine (SVM) method on the WEKA software is evaluated. By combining the available attributes on the WEKA algorithm, the result is constant since all classes of SVM goes to the normal class with average 88.49% accuracy.

The criteria used in these study are attitude, productivity, discipline, cooperation ability, educational level, neatness, loyalty, realization of work plan. After using the application, the result is we have test the program three times with different criteria value. The first result is gotten within 3,2 minutes, second is within 4,5 minutes and the last time is within 3,3 minutes so the average AHP method report can be printed is in 3,7 minutes with 5 samples.

To connect Samosir Island with other areas outside the Samosir Island, a ferry is needed. However, at every peak holiday season the queue of vehicles to and from Samosir Island is very high. This study aims to design and develop an Android-based queue application that can be downloaded at every smartphone application store. By using the built-in application, passengers can order tickets online so there will be no need to queue. Passengers only need to go to the counter until when the queue number is available. Simulation results show that passengers only need an average waiting time of less than one hour compared to conventional about more than 12 hours.

The main goal of the paper is to help people with severe motor disabilities (i.e., spinal cord injuries) and to provide them with a new way of communication and control options. In this paper, offline analysis of the data collected is used to make the user able of controlling the movement of the electronic wheelchair. The data are collected during a session in which four subjects with age about 25±1 years were tested. The adaptivenetwork based fuzzy inference system algorithm is then applied for the classification method with some parameters. In the offline analysis, the implemented method shows a significant performance in the classification accuracy level and it gives an accuracy level of more than 90%. In particular, electrocardiogram (ECG) is a recording of the heart's electrical activity by capturing a tracingof cardiac electrical impulse as it moves from the atrium to the ventricles. The applied algorithm is to evaluate and analyze ECG signals for abnormalities detection based on P, Q, R and S peaks. In the first phase, the real-time ECG data is acquired and pre-processed. In the second phase, the procured ECG signal is subjected to feature extraction process. The extracted features detect abnormal peaks present in the waveform. Thus the normal and abnormal ECG signal could be differentiated based on the features extracted.

Pada paper ini diajukan metode menggunakan Filter FIR dan Wavelet Transform. QRS Detection with zero crossing calculation is one method that can precisely determine peak R of QRS wave as part of arrhythmia detection. In this paper, two experimental scheme (2 minutes duration with different activities: relaxed and, typing) were conducted. From the two experiments it were obtained: accuracy, sensitivity, and positive predictivity about 100% each for the first experiment and about 79%, 93%, 83% for the second experiment, respectively. Furthermore, the feature set of MIT-BIH arrhythmia using the support vector machine (SVM) method on the WEKA software is evaluated. By combining the available attributes on the WEKA algorithm, the result is constant since all classes of SVM goes to the normal class with average 88.49% accuracy.

The criteria used in these study are attitude, productivity, discipline, cooperation ability, educational level, neatness, loyalty, realization of work plan. After using the application, the result is we have test the program three times with different criteria value. The first result is gotten within 3,2 minutes, second is within 4,5 minutes and the last time is within 3,3 minutes so the average AHP method report can be printed is in 3,7 minutes with 5 samples.
