Palembang sebagai kota tertua di Indonesia memiliki banyak peninggalan sejarah dan budaya. Salah ... more Palembang sebagai kota tertua di Indonesia memiliki banyak peninggalan sejarah dan budaya. Salah satu tradisi yang dimiliki oleh Kota Palembang adalah ziarah yang merupakan tradisi yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Palembang untuk memperingati ulama dan auliya'. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan keberadaan jemaah haji tidak hanya didorong oleh motif sejarah, tetapi juga karena adanya tradisi mengunjungi kuburan keluarga atau tokoh yang dianggap memiliki peran penting dalam sejarah hidupnya dan sejarah bagi masyarakatnya. Hal inilah yang kemudian menjadi potensi besar untuk terciptanya wisata religi di Kota Palembang dengan menjadikan ziarah sebagai alternatif wisata spiritual. Potensi wisata religi juga dikembangkan oleh pemerintah daerah setempat dan dijadwalkan sebagai wisata resmi setiap tahun.

Women get the same rights and opportunities as men, although in fact it has not been wholly owned by some women in Indonesia because of the patriarchal culture is still growing in Indonesia at the moment. Equality of rights and opportunities was apparent in the sphere of politics in Indonesia where in the demands of democracy currently there are new order in world politics that not only men who are able to perform tasks in the political world but women also have deemed to have the ability in the field of politics. By using qualitative research methods, this article tries to describe the existence of women in politics. This article shows that it is still in the middle of the growing culture of patriarchy in South Sumatra, the existence of women become political elite in South Sumatra is experiencing developments. Walaupun demikian, sektor perkebunan ini masih dihadapkan pada beberapa permasalahan, diantaranya kurangnya permodalan pelaku usaha perkebunan. Perbankan syariah, secara teori memiliki potensi besar sebagai pendukung pembiayaan perkebunan karena secara legal formal merupakan lembaga intermediasi keuangan. Namun, fakta menunjukkan penyaluran kredit perbankan ke sektor perkebunan masih didominasi oleh perbankan konvensional. Tulisan ini bertujuan melakukan review terhadap potensi dan peran serta berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi perbankan syariah dalam pembiayaan di sektor perkebunan. Economic development is not only done by the economy itself, but also can be intervened by others... more Economic development is not only done by the economy itself, but also can be intervened by others such as religion and culture. Every society has diverse traditions and has diverse religious patterns that cause differences in behavior, especially economic behavior. This article will describe the relationship between religious ethics and economic behavior of people from different cultures, namely Protestant ethics in the West, Confucius in China, and Islam in Indonesia with using library research. Based on this, the religious socio-cultural background, greatly influences the economic behavior of the community so that it impacts on the development of the nation's economy.

The plantation has a great potential in contributing to the economy in Indonesia. So, the governm... more The plantation has a great potential in contributing to the economy in Indonesia. So, the government makes a policy in the form of laws No. 18 in 2004 about The Plantations. The ACT of Plantation regulates about the management of the Plantation and a clear legal protection through The Core of People's Plantations (Perkebunan Inti Rakyat/PIR). But the presence of The Plantation ACT is questioned its allignment. The Core of People's Plantations System which has been set up in the ACT of any impact on social change community around the plantations, such as indigenous land that changes into a plantation area, changes in social status, community life, patterns of change value systems in society, and so on.
