Md. Deedarul Islam Bhuiyan is a distinguished legal academic and professional with extensive experience in teaching, research, and legal practice. Currently serving as Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Law and Justice at Presidency University, Dhaka, he has demonstrated unwavering dedication to advancing legal education and inspiring the next generation of legal professionals.

He holds an LL.M. (2012) and LL.B. (Hons.) (2011) from the University of Dhaka, along with notable achievements, including scholarships for academic excellence. Previously, he served as Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Law at Sonargaon University, where he also chaired academic committees and spearheaded curriculum development.

Md. Bhuiyan’s research contributions include several published articles in reputable international journals, addressing critical issues such as alternative dispute resolution, environmental litigation, and constitutional law in Bangladesh.
