This study identified vital impediments to justice access through focused discussions in Char Montaj, Char Biswas, and Char Kajal: illiteracy, legal ignorance, perplexing court procedures, economic hardships, communication issues, superstitions, religious influences, and unclear complaint processes. This research emphasizes the critical need for focused interventions, calling for customized legal literacy programs, streamlined court procedures, economic assistance, enhanced infrastructure, and community awareness campaigns.
