Numerical simulation of graphene based Schottky junction solar cells to identify possible future applications of graphene. Copper indium gallium diselenide. Cadmium telluride and amorphous silicon are chosen as the semiconductor bases because of their high absorption coefficient, high / tunable band gap, and the possibility for economical fabrication as compared to single crystal silicon technology.

The aim of this paper is to extend plastic waste management in the city develop applications. Both the city plastic waste creates and the interest of development materials in the development businesses are quickly expanding while the reusing pace of the world explicitly plastic waste is still low. The total creation, interaction of blocks is non ecofriendly and produces ozone depleting substances. The usage of the waste plastics as developing materials, particularly in the fabrication of blocks and bricks are one of an incredible technique towards a supportable asset and waste administration. Bricks are the one of the most common and oldest manufacturing materials required for construction. There have been many researches and attempts have been made to incorporate municipal waste into the production of bricks. For example, materials such as rubber, foundry dust, clay, saw dust, fly ash, sludge and etc are used for the fabrication purpose. Most of the bricks manufactured with the incorporations of these materials have shown positive effects in terms of light weight, porosity, good thermal conductivities. But on the other hand, diminishing of some mechanical properties was also observed.
