The data used is quaetely time series 2010Q1-2018Q4 From International Trade Statistic (ITS) and International Financial Statistic (IFS). Data consists of export, import and exchange rate. The model of analysis used is multiple linear regression. The result shows Indonesia-China exports have a negative and significant effect on the exchange rate rupiah/yuan, Indonesia-China imports have a positif and significant effect on the exchange rate rupiah/yuan.Keywords: Exchange Rate, Export, Import, Multiple linear regression

This study aims to identify the changes of agricultural sector in Bengkulu using the shift share ... more This study aims to identify the changes of agricultural sector in Bengkulu using the shift share analysis model. While Bengkulu is always be the poorest area in Sumatera Island so it is important to look further the economic structure of Bengkulu and to compare the sectoral distributions with Sumatera's. The type of this research is descriptive analysis using secondary data in 2010-2016 period. Shift share analysis using Esteban Marquilas's results describe that the agricultural sector is no longer the backbone of Bengkulu economy. The analysis shows that value of competitive advantage in Bengkulu Province was negatif, while specialization value (Aij) was negatif too. In aggregate, Bengkulu Province has no competitive advantage and also specialization. This means Bengkulu Province needs a breakthrough to get out of poverty, especially by looking at the economic structure.

BUMDes Luhur Sepakat is one of the BUMDes in Padang Jaya District. The initial capital source for the formation of BUMDes comes from the Village Budget (APB desa). To answer the problems regarding the application of financial statements, the data analysis method used in this study is a comparative method by comparing SAK ETAP and BUMDes Luhur Sepakat financial statements. The type of data used in this study is the cross-section data for 2017. The use of budget input as an input variable and student-teacher ratio (RGM) as an output variable. This study uses descriptive analysis with analysis of Data Envelopment Analysis using the assumption of the Return to Scale (VRS) variable and the model used for input (input-oriented) input. The results of this study indicate that the general facts of large provinces in Indonesia are still very few that reach the level of efficiency in technical costs. Already 3 provinces have achieved efficiently. This proves there is still waste in education spending suggestions that can be submitted in this study about the local government to evaluate the use of education which must be adjusted to the number of teacher and student ratios in each region so there is no need to waste and local government can improve. The analysis tools used to determine the implementation of regional government expenditure that is by using a descriptive elaboration which include; data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. Meanwhile, to determine the level of effectiveness and efficiency of regional government expenditure, by using the ratio of the efficiency and effectiveness. The results of efficiency analysis of regional government expenditure showed that the average of the calculation of the overall efficiency level formulation is 98%, this indicates that the level of efficiency is still low because the result is more than 80%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari pengeluaran pemerintah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di provinsi Bengkulu dengan menggunakan data sekunder periode pengamatan tahun 2001-2012 yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan SPSS 16 menunjukkan bahwa pengeluaran pemerintah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di provinsi Bengkulu. Jika pemerintah menaikkan pengeluaran pemerintah sebesar 1 miliar rupiah, maka akan dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi sebesar 1,17 % per tahun. This research aims to investigate the quality of Services at drinking water Company (PDAM) Natural Tirta Kepahiang. This research then used questionnaire as the data collecting method. Quantitative analysis then also be used as a techniques for data analysis by using weighted average value formula formed by Men Pan decree Number KEP/25/m. PAN/2/2004 on the 14 items that are observed. From thequestionnaire it was obtained that the highest average of services is on the ease of servicing requirementswith a value of 3.03. While the lowest average value of service is on the services equity which gain a score 2.95. For IKM value,it get 63 which places between 62.51-81.25. This score means that the performance of PDAM Tirta Alami Kepahiang is good.Kata kunci:Kualitas Pelayanan

This study uses secondary data taken from BPS Bengkulu Province and Finance Departement with 1996-2008 period. The tools of analysis are descriptive and regressing using time series data. The result shows that dependent variables such as the good condition of length road, the sold of electricity energy, clean water, the sum of Puskesmas and the sum of schools have positive influence to economic growth in Bengkulu Province. Considering the result, the regional goverment should give more attention to allocate development expendicture for infrastructure availability specially electricity energy, the sum of Puskesmas and school in order to give significant and positive influence to economic growth in Bengkulu Province .

PAN/2/2004 on the 14 items that are observed. From thequestionnaire it was obtained that the highest average of services is on the ease of servicing requirementswith a value of 3.03. While the lowest average value of service is on the services equity which gain a score 2.95. For IKM value,it get 63 which places between 62.51-81.25. This study aims to analyze the impact of infrastructure development to economic growth in Bengkul... more This study aims to analyze the impact of infrastructure development to economic growth in Bengkulu Province. This study uses secondary data taken from BPS Bengkulu Province and Finance Departement with 1996-2008 period. The tools of analysis are descriptive and regressing using time series data. The result shows that dependent variables such as the good condition of length road, the sold of electricity energy, clean water, the sum of Puskesmas and the sum of schools have positive influence to economic growth in Bengkulu Province. Considering the result, the regional goverment should give more attention to allocate development expendicture for infrastructure availability specially electricity energy, the sum of Puskesmas and school in order to give significant and positive influence to economic growth in Bengkulu Province .
