The author presents the basic idea of fundamental ontology through a critique of Heidegger in Bei... more The author presents the basic idea of fundamental ontology through a critique of Heidegger in Being and Time (1927), the lecture ?What is Metaphysics? (1929) and the book Kant and the Problem of Metaphysics (1929), including the stances after the turn (Kehre) wen is needed,. The elaboration was carried out concretely by overcoming Heidegger?s strategic shortcomings, due to which Being and Time is a conceptually and methodologicaly unsuccessful book. This is explained by presenting four theses: first, that existential analysis in Being and Time is made impossible by the determination of authenticity; secondly, that the elaboration of fundamental ontology is not possible with the meaning of being as the goal. This one must be temporarily abandoned, in order for it to be possible as an ?ontology of all ontologies?. Starting with pattern-variables (universality-particularity, specificitydiffuseness, qualities-acts, neutrality-affectivity, self-collective orientation) as a necessary condition of action, for actor must do his choice among them before start acting, author points out that individual in society meets readymade choices that must be adopted. Adopting and interioriyation of readymade social choices is seen as a primary function of socialization proces. Thus, socialization conects two levels: of presocialized individual, on the one hand, and of institutionalized level of social practices (roles and expectations connected with them), values, norms, and rules. In this article the author identifies a paradox at the heart of Descartes? foundationalist projec... more In this article the author identifies a paradox at the heart of Descartes? foundationalist project. The components of the paradox are as follows: on the one hand, ontological certainty of cogito, on the other hand, its epistemic uncertainty: it is impossible for the solus ipse to establish the elementary truth: at present it is impossible to determine whether it is now night or daylight. For Descartes the solution consists of introducing God and in believing in His existence. But this is no solution whatsoever, for a subject would require direct contact with God in order to receive clear and distinct ideas, which are at the same time marks of their truth. The author concludes the following: firstly, Descartes managed to establish a foundation for nothing; secondly, the Cartesian project that includes the necessity of contact with God as a way to attain the Truth, becomes completed only in Hegel?s philosophy of Absolut Knowledge (in Wiss. der Logik), along with his justification prov...

This article was writen to eleborate three teses: First, we have paradox that Heidegger obtained ... more This article was writen to eleborate three teses: First, we have paradox that Heidegger obtained the instant glory with publishing of Being and Time (1927): But in due time it was impossible to understand this book as for its main tenets. It remained untransparent if intepreteur is not ackowledged with Heideggers papers writen from 1922. until 1929. Second thesis: full understanding of Heidegger?s work in any of its parts asks for the look from witihin the whole of its opus beforhand. Closely conected with it one must have in mind Heidegger?s famous turn (Wendung) and its consequences for his pihosophy of the second phase. Third: important issue of Heideggers work as a trial for all Heidegger-interpretation is the sense of authenticity in vast number of interpretation.
