From the perspective of language attitude research, attitudinal positions towards languages have ... more From the perspective of language attitude research, attitudinal positions towards languages have been identified as a significant factor contributing to shaping languages’ status, role, and function in several spheres where they compete and overlap for social, economic, and political power and dominance. In this regard, Morocco’s multilingual profile is characterized by the presence of multiple languages, including English, which is used in various spheres in the country, notably in education. Hence, the current study explores (a) the extent to which English-based language attitudes of Moroccan secondary school learners with different amounts of English-based school instruction are similar or different and (b) whether the variables of English-based language attitudes and English-based school instruction are significantly related. Several theories predict the existence of light doubly charged Higgs bosons (H±±). A search for t... more Several theories predict the existence of light doubly charged Higgs bosons (H±±). A search for the pair production of H±± using the DØ detector is described, assuming a 100% branching ratio to muons. In the absence of signal, limits at 95% confidence level, of 118.4 GeV and 98.2 GeV are set for left-handed and right-handed doubly charged Higgs bosons respectively.

This study is about the morphological and syntactic interaction of Standard Arabic negative parti... more This study is about the morphological and syntactic interaction of Standard Arabic negative particles with the imperative verbal form. The analysis is conducted within the framework of Chomsky's (1995) Minimalist Program as developed by subsequent literature. Previous analyses assume that there is a morphological asymmetry between positive imperatives and negative imperatives in SA. This asymmetry is witnessed in the absence of person agreement in the former and its obligatory presence in the latter. However, a close consideration of the use of the imperative reveals that this view is based on a misinterpretation of data under investigation. In other words, the absence of person agreement in positive imperative is a morpho-syntactic due to the inherent nature of the positive imperative form whereas its presence in negative imperative does not reflect that this morpheme expresses negative imperative. Le deploiement des femto-cellules dans les systemes de cinquieme generation (5G), s’avere necessa... more Le deploiement des femto-cellules dans les systemes de cinquieme generation (5G), s’avere necessaire grâce a leurs avantages en termes du nombre d'utilisateurs supporte, et de la reduction de la consommation d'energie, permettant ainsi de repondre aux exigences des reseaux 5G. Or que l’allocation des ressources et la gestion du traffic, tout en maintenant la qualite de service (QoS) ; constituent un defi majeur en terme d’equite et de debit percu au niveau du terminal. Dans ce papier, un certain nombre d'algorithmes d'ordonnancement prevus d’etre utilises en 5G, a savoir l’algorithme Proportional Fair (PF), l’algorithme Exponential Proportional Fair (EXP/PF) et l’algorithme Maximum Largest Weighted Delay First (MLWDF) sont etudies et compares en matiere d’equite (Fairness Index), de debit utile (Goodput) et d’efficacite spectrale, au niveau des femto-cellules en sens descendant .

Aneurysmal bone cyst is a non-neoplastic lesion consisting of blood filled sinusoidal spaces that... more Aneurysmal bone cyst is a non-neoplastic lesion consisting of blood filled sinusoidal spaces that expand from the affected bone. The most common locations of aneurysmal bone cysts are the metaphysis of long bones, followed by flat bones. Only 2% of all are found in the head and neck area, with mandible and maxilla being the most frequent sites involved, involvement of the ethmoidal bone is extremely rare. Their occurrence on a pre-existing bone lesion is described. Imaging features may assist in diagnosis by demonstrating blood-fluid levels, which are a characteristic finding in these lesions. We present computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging findings of aneurysmal bone cyst of the ethmoid sinus on fibrous dysplasia in a 12-year-old female.
