Produktiviti sesebuah organisasi bergantung kepada kualiti prestasi kerja. Keratan akhbar Utusan online bertarikh 22 November 2010 melaporkan jumlah penjawat awam yang bermasalah dan berprestasi rendah meningkat kepada 6,133 orang pada tahun 2009 berbanding 5,344 orang pada tahun 2008. Kajian ini dibuat bertujuan untuk mengkaji faktor yang mempengaruhi komitmen kerja seseorang pekerja terhadap prestasi kerja. Seramai 100 orang kakitangan daripada Jabatan Kemajuan Masyarakat (KEMAS) Negeri Pulau Pinang, Daerah Seberang Perai Tengah telah dijadikan responden. Soal kaji selidik yang digunakan adalah Perceived Stress Scale - 10 (PSS-10) dan Work-Family Conflict. Analisis kolerasi Pearson menunjukkan terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara konflik kerja dan konflik keluarga terhadap stres. Kajian ini telah mengesahkan bahawa konflik kerja dan konflik keluarga mampu mempengaruhi stres dalam kalangan responden bertepatan dengan keputusan hubungan yang signifikan antara konflik kerja dan konflik keluarga dengan stres. A total of 400 student with disciplinary problem aged 13 to 18 years old from eight secondary sch... more A total of 400 student with disciplinary problem aged 13 to 18 years old from eight secondary schools in the state of Selangor were chosen using multi-stage cluster sampling. A set of questionnaires which are consists of social demographic background, family Relationship Characteristics scale, Peer Deviancy Scale, Self-concept scale and Aggression Scale were used to collect the data. Findings revealed that majority of respondents show the moderate level of self-concept, family relationship, and aggressive behavior and low level of deviant peer socialization. The results of t-test showed that there were significant differences in family beliefs, family structure and deviant peers socialization based on gender and age. There were significant differences in aggressive behavior based on gender, while self-concept has significant differences based on age. InSb the group III-V semiconductor with narrow band gap is combined with Mn in various concentrat... more InSb the group III-V semiconductor with narrow band gap is combined with Mn in various concentrations and that InSb-Mn alloy is doped with poly methyl methacrylate (PMMA). e optical properties and electronic structure of ternary InSb-Mn alloy with PMMA are investigated by first principles calculations using the DFT method. Varying Mn concentrations play an important role in the improvement of the absorption coefficient and optical conductivity. It is observed that the band gap of InSb-Mn: PMMA decreases monotonously with the increase in Mn concentration. Optical properties of InSb-Mn: PMMA, such as the optical absorption coefficient and optical conductivity, are greater than those of pure InSb. InSb-Mn: PMMA alloy is doped with PMMA polymer in order to make a thin film as PMMA is a transparent thermoplastic polymer. ese results suggest a promising application of InSb-Mn: PMMA thin film in optoelectronics when the InSb doping is 24% with improved conductivity when compared with other doping ratios. is states the optimum doping ratio and the major finding in the carried out research based on modelling and simulation.

This concept is based on a partnership between police department and the communities, in which both parties will share the responsibility to identify, reduce, eliminate and prevent problems concerning community safety and order. Therefore, the spirit of community empowerment, smart ship, and interdependency between all stakeholders, including community, police, NGOs, and other interested parties are very much needed in this country through active and passive ways.

Many potential homebuyers, especially first-time homebuyers, make buying mistakes for the wrong reasons, which makes the process of trying to sell their homes long and expensive. Deciding on the type of property is one thing, but then you must weigh all the pros and cons, as well as the average house price, which can vary greatly. Housing property is a commodity and involves multiple processes. Therefore, this article intends to study and develop the conceptual framework of the housing purchase decision-making process. This article first reviews the conceptual definition of housing purchase intentions and decisions. Next, this article reviews past research to understand the similarities of housing purchase intentions, preferences, and decision-making, and to develop a basic conceptual framework. This article also discusses consumer behaviour as homebuyers in the housing purchase decision-making process.

Based on the instrumental perspective of Feng Shui, prospective buyers instill a belief that success and wealth are influenced by Feng Shui arrangements. Whether Feng Shui is associated with property purchase is a question. Overall, these principles are instilled in the minds of an intuitive Feng Shui believer and implemented in a property purchase. Furthermore, Malaysians are involved in various taboos, folklores, and taboos besides Feng Shui when deciding on property purchase. While some investors make a vow by it as to not make any proceedings before the consultation with their expert, other investors perceive the myths as merely nonsense and old wives' tales. Currently, several categories of house property are available in Malaysia, which commonly includes terraces, bungalows, apartment, flat, condominium, and semi-D among others. The cost of property varies based on its category, size, and placement. The selling of a developing property is under the management of the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act 1966 ("HDA") for accommodation. Furthermore, HDA consists of some degrees of protection for homebuyers. The National Land Code 1965 (NLC) governs the tenure and land ownership in Peninsular Malaysia, and it was effective on 1st January 1965. Moreover, Sabah and Sarawak have enacted particular groups of rules, namely the Sabah Land Ordinance and the Sarawak Land Code, respectively. Notably, the variety of property names are essential as it contributes to various entitlements. Under the Torrens system in Malaysia, the individual with a position of the proprietor of the property name is perceived as the legal owner. Therefore, it is encouraged that the homebuyer performs a name search at the end of the land registry or office for verification regarding the details of the property name before purchasing it. Property names include the master, individual, strata, Bumiputera reserve, commercial, or residential. In the case of property tenure, it may either be freehold or leasehold. Homebuyers need to understand the various types of housing development in Malaysia for their security and protection.

However, the remaining unpurchased residential units in the nation are the results of inconsistent pricing, less appealing and other several factors. Generally, the government and private developers must identify primary elements influencing house purchase, prevent abandoned projects, guarantee the successful operation of projects, and fulfil the homeowners' needs for the long term. Notably, this article is beneficial as a reference for future projects by researchers, developers, the government, and other professionals related to the housing industry.

InSb the group III-V semiconductor with narrow band gap is combined with Mn in various concentrat... more InSb the group III-V semiconductor with narrow band gap is combined with Mn in various concentrations and that InSb-Mn alloy is doped with poly methyl methacrylate (PMMA). e optical properties and electronic structure of ternary InSb-Mn alloy with PMMA are investigated by first principles calculations using the DFT method. Varying Mn concentrations play an important role in the improvement of the absorption coefficient and optical conductivity. It is observed that the band gap of InSb-Mn: PMMA decreases monotonously with the increase in Mn concentration. Optical properties of InSb-Mn: PMMA, such as the optical absorption coefficient and optical conductivity, are greater than those of pure InSb. InSb-Mn: PMMA alloy is doped with PMMA polymer in order to make a thin film as PMMA is a transparent thermoplastic polymer. ese results suggest a promising application of InSb-Mn: PMMA thin film in optoelectronics when the InSb doping is 24% with improved conductivity when compared with other doping ratios. is states the optimum doping ratio and the major finding in the carried out research based on modelling and simulation.

Currently, several categories of house property are available in Malaysia, which commonly includes terraces, bungalows, apartment, flat, condominium, and semi-D among others. The cost of property varies based on its category, size, and placement. The selling of a developing property is under the management of the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act 1966 ("HDA") for accommodation. Furthermore, HDA consists of some degrees of protection for homebuyers. The National Land Code 1965 (NLC) governs the tenure and land ownership in Peninsular Malaysia, and it was effective on 1st January 1965. Moreover, Sabah and Sarawak have enacted particular groups of rules, namely the Sabah Land Ordinance and the Sarawak Land Code, respectively. Notably, the variety of property names are essential as it contributes to various entitlements. Under the Torrens system in Malaysia, the individual with a position of the proprietor of the property name is perceived as the legal owner. Therefore, it is encouraged that the homebuyer performs a name search at the end of the land registry or office for verification regarding the details of the property name before purchasing it. Property names include the master, individual, strata, Bumiputera reserve, commercial, or residential. In the case of property tenure, it may either be freehold or leasehold. Homebuyers need to understand the various types of housing development in Malaysia for their security and protection.
