This complexity extends to the examination of data, encompassing issues related to land policy, laws, regulations, ownership, management, and technology within each nation's cadastral framework, forming the foundation for numerous studies. This article delves into a comparative analysis of the cadastral systems of Turkey and Iran, two nations sharing a common geography, similar cultures, and identical religious beliefs. The focus lies on content examination, exploring historical development, organizational structure, and the comprehensive status of cadastres across both countries. The study further scrutinizes the technologies employed and the mapping infrastructure integral to each nation's cadastral system. This research offers valuable insights into the similarities and differences between these two countries, shedding light on the intricate dynamics of cadastral systems within a shared cultural and geographical context.

Therefore, serious metal contamination in aquatic ecosystems, such Macrophytes like water cress, Trapa etc., is of primary concern. the current study was initiated about role of the salix species as phytoremidaitor in wular lake. The macrophytes particularly edible components of T. natans accumulated metals from their encompassing water considerably.. Plants and plant communities are very important to humans and their environment. The quality of the air can be greatly influenced by plants. Plants can stop the movement of dust and pollutants. The salix species which plays a positive role in phytoremidiation and have been proposed as a minimal effort, manageable, and environmentally stable answer for phytoremediation of trace metal debased land. The utilization of willow and poplar species in phytoremediation is promising (Dickinson 2000). Also, willows are easy to propagate and proliferate as well as quickly developing. They are likewise metal tolerant, perpetual, and with a broad root framework with high rate of evapotranspiration that can soothe pollutants (Hammer et al. 2003; Wilkinson 1999).

Roughly 70% of the population don’t have access to electricity, and 90% of those without electricity live in rural areas. reduction of energy resources, increasing use of fossil fuels and unrefined coal for home heating, cooking is a major problem in the world and even a serious challenge to environmental pollution specially for whom who lives in Afghanistan. In this research we have introduce new sources of energy, which is renewable energy, as an alternative to fossil energy. Nowadays, due to the gradual reduction of fossil energy sources and increase of air pollution and environmental damages has forced scientists to look for a sustainable and clean energy to be cheap and economically and be friendly with environment. This research shows that renewable energy is more appropriate compared to the fossil fuels in order to decrease air pollution and would be economically for people.

PSO provides the solutions probabilistically. Therefore, finding error bound during the search process can help in developing a better PSO. Stability analysis of an algorithm provides the information about error bounds. Stability analysis of PSO with inertia weight and constriction coefficient is carried out by von Neumann stability criterion. Conditions on acceleration parameters, constriction coefficient and inertia weight are obtained for stability.

Highest fresh biomass was observed in sesbania (23 t/ha) followed by cluster bean (19 t/ha) and lowest in rice bean (17 t/ha). Maximum crude protein content was found in sesbania (17%) followed by rice bean (10%) and cluster bean (8%). Green manuring crops, on average reduced soil bulk density (5%), enhanced total porosity (8%), and macropores and large mesopores (28%). Maximum reduction (7%) in soil bulk density, and an increase (11%) in total soil porosity and available water (17%) was observed in plots where sesbania was incorporated as green manuring crop. The order of effectiveness in improving bulk density, macro and mesopores was sesbania > cluster bean > rice bean. Sesbania produced greater number of macro and large mesopores about 41% increase over control followed by cluster bean (29%) and rice bean (16%). Phosphorus application showed meager positive impact on various soil physical properties but did not significantly increased porosity or reduced bulk density. Significant differences in volume fraction in pore space suggest that pore space on a volume basis was much higher in sesbania-amended soil than in other treatments.

Some legislation mandates the use of ECUs in the modern vehicles because the pure mechanical solutions such as legacy carburetors or hydraulic brake systems can neither comply with the safety and emission regulations nor achieve the consumers' demands. The number of ECUs in most modern vehicles goes beyond one hundred. To achieve higher consumer satisfaction, vehicle manufacturers also implement plenty of built-in advanced entertainment and navigation systems which in most cases require an Internet connection. By connecting to the Internet, to other vehicles, and to infrastructures, as well as having hundred of millions of lines of code, vehicles have emerged as drivable computers. Similar to ordinary computers, modern vehicles are also exposed to different types of cyber-attacks which can cause safety issues for the driver, the passengers, and other properties. Nonetheless, there has been much research within this area; especially on Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS). However, there are still some issues with the IDSs, and the most significant one is the high rate of false alarms considering the massive number of vehicles deployed in the market. In this thesis project, we introduced many Indicators of Compromise (IOC) in vehicular systems. Indicators of Compromise are simple artifacts whose presence in a system is a sign of intrusion or infection by malicious software. The IOCs trigger if the legitimate behavior of the system is violated; thus can mitigate the number of false positives if implemented and deployed on the system. Also, we have defined a set of criteria and methodologies in order to conduct a qualitative evaluation of the IOCs in order to determine their quality. Additionally, we have identified where in the overall architecture of a vehicle an indicator would fit. We have also proposed a centralized IDS with logic for the central node to combine the IOCs that one of them might not achieve the desired degree of confidence for raising an alarm. As part of the research, we have studied previous work in the field as well as interviewed industry experts. From this point, one could choose a subset of the IOCs for further evaluation and implementation.

In Kabul Polytechnic University (KPU) programming courses begin with introductory lectures in algorithms provided as lecture sessions and the concepts taught are applied in lab activities later, in order to connect the programming theories with practice, laboratory activities require services/resources (e.g. web server, database server, network resources…etc.) These resources need to be available during the lab activity. But in reality, the resources are limited and the number of students exceeds the number of resources. In this paper, we are introducing an architecture Virtual Programming Practice Lab (VPPL). The solution is intended to increase the capability of computer labs for programming courses currently offered at KPU.
