Local government of Ladang Palembang Lebong District has a specific way to manage village forest ... more Local government of Ladang Palembang Lebong District has a specific way to manage village forest and protected forest nearby the village area. Forests are set in the Regulation Village, Ladang Palembang Village Regulation No. 5 of 2009 on Village Protected Forest, Indigenous Forest, and Green Area of Ladang Palembang. It contains material laws that provide sanctions for any person who violates indigenous forests and protected forests around the village of Ladang Palembang. However, to enforce the rules of material law, Kutai assembly faces a lack of procedural law or formal written law that can be used as a guide in establishing the Ladang Palembang Village Regulation No. 5 of 2009. Problem faced is a concern that skilled human resources are crisis to run Kutai assembly, which threatens the sustainability of the Kutai assembly judicial system that has been created. The method used in this society service activity is dialogical teaching, begins from focused discussion, in-depth interviews, formulate a draft model of formal legal rules of customary justice panel of Kutai, the regulation draft of the Ladang Palembang about Proceedings Technical Guidelines on Kutai Assembly Indigenous Justice of Ladang Palembang, and testing or socialization. The result of the activities is drafting of formal law model that governing the guide proceedings in the assembly Kutai, and the draft of the Ladang Palembang Village Regulation on guidelines for resolution of cases of violations involving indigenous forest of Ladang Palembang.

Disiplin PNS merupakan bagian dari tuntutan perubahan perilaku yang terkait dengan Penegakan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 30 Tahun 1980 tentang Peraturan Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Melalui Skripsi ini dibahas Bagaimanakah dan apa penghambat/kendala penegakan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 30 Tahun 1980 serta Upaya-upaya apakah yang dilakukan Pemerintah Provinsi Bengkulu dalam Penegakan Peraturan Disiplin PNS di Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Bengkulu. We used remote sensing data and fieldwork observations to detect geomorphological and geological ... more We used remote sensing data and fieldwork observations to detect geomorphological and geological evidence of neotectonic deformation along the Dehshir and Anar Faults in central Iran. The utilized satellite data include Landsat, SRTM90 m, Aster data, QuickBird , and IRS images. Fieldworks show along the Dehshir Fault; the activity of tectonic has displaced perpendicularly travertine deposits ~190 m since Quaternary and also alluvial fan 7-55 m horizontally since Holocene. Perpendicular displacement along the Dehshir and subsequent erosion of hanging-wall has scatteringly created erosion surfaces in Quaternary. Oldest fan displacement of the Dehshir strike-slip Fault can be documented ~1000 m in Marvast part. Along the Dehshir and Anar Faults the existing springs can be regarded as a witness of the fault activity since they are stretched as linear trend. The Anar strike-slip faulting has displaced border of Anar playa ~1000 m and caused sharp scarp similar to wall-like feature ~40 m....

Deficit of precipitation, reduced biodiversity and low density of vegetation. Poor vegetation allows to the wind to easily erode the soils and removes surface soil, from source areas and move to other places. In wind erosion we can recognize tree zones, Detachment zone (deflation and Afflation), transportation and accumulation. Preventing of movement of aeolian sediment from source region is a basic task and executive operations have to concentrate at the source region. In order to stabilization of source region of sands, identification of sources areas are necessary.

This can affect coastal facilities and cause hazards to human societies in the areas. This study has investigated the influence of wave and tide properties on Khamir Port, Hormoz Strait in coast of Persian Gulf. The purpose of the study is to make a mathematical regional and local modeling of water level fluctuations and flow velocity by MIKE21 application. These models provide some maps to show tide and wave effects on shoreline changes. The maps have been created as the results to reveal the maximum advance of water onto the coast in high tide and low tide patterns. Time series of water level variations in two months and the flow velocity have been examined in some randomly selected points in the study area. This can be argued that these water level fluctuations may undermine coastal structures and alter shoreline geomorphology. These maps resulted from the modeling can be used for safety planning in ...
