In particular, IT capabilities and organizational learning competencies with digital leadership play crucial roles in managing environmental dynamism, which are profoundly related to sustainable organizational performance in the digital age. In... more In the era of digital transformation, organizations are making efforts towards sustainability. In particular, leadership is transforming into digital leadership according to changes in management environments, which are deeply related to organizational performance. In this study, we focus on organizational performance and sustainability management and clarify the role of digital culture and employees’ digital capabilities in perspectives on digital leadership. We collected data from 149 employees who work in South Korean organizations using a survey based on digital leadership, digital culture, employees’ digital capabilities, and organizational performance, and we tested our hypotheses using structural equation modeling. However, till recently, limited number of research has examined the evolution of HRM-SCM research quantitatively. Aiming to provide an overall insight into the research in HRM-SCM field, this study utilized science mapping tools for analysing 469 articles from Scopus database explicitly related to HRM-SCM research. This bibliometric review aimed at documenting the size, geographic distribution of relevant literature, and growth trajectory, identifying key authors, journals, and documents, highlighting emerging topics, and analysing the intellectual structure of HRM-SCM knowledge base. This paper tries to explore the employees’ job satisfaction in different residential hotels in Ba... more This paper tries to explore the employees’ job satisfaction in different residential hotels in Bangladesh. To determine the employees’ job satisfaction regarding their work in residential hotels in Barisal, sixty four samples were selected and SPSS 16.0 was used for demographic information, descriptive statistics, regression and correlation analysis. This study reveals some job-related factors that affect the overall job satisfaction of hotel employees’ in Barisal. The multiple regression analysis of chances of promotion has significant relationship to the job satisfaction & other factors have no significant relationship to the job satisfaction in hotels of Barisal. The Pearson correlation analysis (sig. 0.002) clearly indicates that the research is statistically significant and the result depicts that job security (.289) and fair salary (.279 * ) are highly correlated with working environment.
