Highlights  Two kinds of sandwich flexible conductive silicon rubber capacitors were prepared by... more Highlights  Two kinds of sandwich flexible conductive silicon rubber capacitors were prepared by an optimized spraying process.  Equivalent dielectric constant and equivalent capacitance of the capacitor were calculated and analyzed.  The Sprayed conductive silicon rubber capacitance sensors exhibited sensitive to mechanical compressive and tensile loads with good repeatability.  Significant improvement of the sensitivity (△C/C0)of the sensor with surface fabric capacitance sensor.  The parallel effect of human body capacitor and sensor capacitor and the finger electric field would influence the sensors response of motion remarkable.
