It also found out that the amount of temperature prevailing in a certain area, sunshine intensity, the species of crops/animals planted/reared, the timing/duration determine the level of agricultural output. The seasonal average rainfall and temperature affects the amount of agricultural produce output by providing the most favorable conditions for plant growth was the effect of seasonal variation on the agricultural output. The study concluded that there is a strong positive significant relationship between seasonal variation and the productivity of agricultural activities that is indicated by the correlation coefficient (r=0.959).

However, despite the role of record keeping to business success, most Small and Medium Scales in Mbarara Municipality seem not to be growing in terms of branch network, employ ability, stock level and scale of operations. This study therefore sought to examine the role of record keeping on profitability of SMEs in Kakoba division, Mbarara municipality. It was based on three(3) specific objectives, that is; To find out the types of records kept by business enterprises in Kakoba division, Mbarara Municipality, to find out the record keeping practices used by Small and Medium Scalees in Kakoba division, Mbarara Municipality and to establish the relationship between record keeping and growth of Small and Medium Scales in Kakoba division, Mbarara Municipality.
The researcher used a cross-sectional research design that was descriptive in nature. Quantitative data collection methods were used where semi-structured questionnaires aided in data collection.
The study findings revealed that most SMEs in Kakoba division kept records with permits and licenses, legal documents and bank statements being the most kept records. In addition, the study revealed that punching and filing was the most record keeping practice used by SMEs, followed by keeping records in a lockable drawer while computer storage was the least record keeping practice used by SMEs. The study revealed that record keeping had led to proper tax calculation, proper planning for sales and purchases, a reduction in the cost of sales and ascertaining the liquidity of the business which in turn had resulted into an increase in net sales, gross profit and net profit margins in their businesses. The study concluded that there was a significant positive (r=0.78) relationship between record keeping and profitability of SMEs. The study recommended SMEs to maintain business records which would further enhance their growth through profitability.

The disorder induced by impurities gives rise to localization which is strongly affected by the correlations and spin-dependent scattering. Such a mechanism gives rise to a strong depression o f the critical temperature, which seems to be specific for the high temperature superconductors.
